Drive through: I asked for ketchup, and the lady said it was in the bag. No ketchup when i got to my destination. They also didn't put the lid on the cup correctly so it spilled when i was walking. This restaurant will be my last resort in the future. The burger was a good size and very tasty though.

Just spent $50 on a grubhub order. The order was completely wrong. They put the exact opposite toppings and condiments we requested. Example: the receipt shows no onions, or lettuce, and thats all we got on the patty. No condiments. One burger was supposed to be a double. It arrived as a single patty. We paid extra for bacon. No bacon. Unacceptable. First time getting food here since we moved here and will not be going back.

This location advertises and sells the ultimate breakfast but hasn’t served the biscuit with it in years as confirmed by voice when the store answered the 2nd time. Gentleman at the 2nd window was polite and courteous but the morale of the drive thru operator was obviously a sign of the times.
Was basically out of breakfast food we ordered our food went to bathroom it was full of cockroaches. Walked back out to dinning and there was more of them. Got our money back and left. Will not go

Great place for lunch, the coupons definitely help with making it possible to get an easy lunch for me and my homeschooled children! I showed up late at night, when online said they were still open. They actually weren't but the manager, "unfortunately didn't catch his name" made sure my food was still made, and fresh at it! Thank you to that manager and also to bk for taking care of me and my family that night!
I had a whopper order that needed replacing, and I called to get it corrected. One of the managers named T. told me to come back in anytime for a replacement with no hassle. Everyone was friendly and they went above and beyond to make that order right! Great staff, and great atmosphere! Thanks T.?
