They use something that looks like chicken but I'm telling you that was not chicken. Food was not that great but the lady that took the order was very nice and accommodating. Just need to work on food quality and taste.

Very friendly employees, but terrible food. They sold me vinegar rice (damaged) and orange chicken that seemed to have been taken out of the refrigerator and reheated. I will not return and I do not recommend it.

This is a diamond in the rough. The food is so good, we had to walk it off in Walmart which is right next to it. The Dining Room is OPEN. The service was awesome and the food is to die for. I have found the best Chinese Restaurant in Charles Town, WV.

This was my go to place for Chinese food. We got take out last night. General Chose chicken And shrimp and broccoli. The wife said the chicken was good. The shrimp and broccoli on the other hand. The shrimp was like chewing shoe leather. It was so tough. Also got a cucumber roll. That was good once I put half of them back together again. And a Ginger salad. That was good. After I got it home and put it in my refrigerator for a little while. Because they decided to put it on top of the shrimp and broccoli hot dinner. Not going to stop going there but will probably stay away from these shrimp dishes.

This restaurant serves great Chinese food and also sushi, both with the same care to details, freshness and quality. I’m always impressed with the service whether it’s a server or one of the owners who always remember us. I have had parties, dinner and lunch with a friend or a few and alone. All of the experiences were great and the people are just lovely and local! I’m a big tofu eater and it’s easy to find plenty of options in all the categories.

I have eaten at China Fortune 3 times and only once it's been ok. The last time I ate here I found a sharp piece of plastic that she said it was a chicken bone and was very dismissive about it and at no time apologized. The piece of plastic poked and lodged itself into my gum between two molars and I was bleeding, it was painful and I had to dig into my mouth to pull it out, this landed me in my dentist's chair. She did run and got a napkin and quickly took the piece of plastic away. She then came back and told me that her "manager " wasn't there and she couldn't give me a refund but she could give me something else and asked me if I wanted steamed rice or fried rice, I said fried and I literally got steamed rice with soy sauce, that's it. But beyond all that happened what bothered me the most was there was never an apology, never a let me know if you're ok, nothing and her words were "I give you free food and everything's ok" , uhhhh hello I just paid for something I couldn't eat, so no, everything isn't ok. Her flippant and dismissive attitude was what was upsetting. Never again will this restaurant get a dime from me. The food is mediocre and lacking flavor and the service isn't great. Restaurant is gloomy and stuffy, ambiance isn't very welcoming.
