I've been a fan of KFC since little. This specific store is by far the absolute WORST KFC I have ever been in.Since I moved in this area, I've given this place an opportunity 5 separate times and each time just as bad.Today expecting that I would finally get hot/warm fresh food, I saw there was a long line of cars and even some in the dining room.Surprise. Original Chicken that is more crispy that the crispy chicken served.Refried Fries and mashed potatoes that looks like that has been prepped a day before.The Original Chicken they cook on this branch is hands down the worst.... It's not the soft juicy original chicken they have in Normal stores.. it's re cooked and crusty.Don't bother coming here. Go to Popeyes across the street!!!
At 1900hrs I was told there was not enough dark meat for my order. I told the manager I would wait for some to be cooked. The manager said, "I cannot make any more chicken because I will overshoot my projections." WTH no chicken with 2 hours to go???????????????????

I've visit this location for the first and last time.I placed an online order at approximately 6:39 PM. The app told me my order would be ready for pick up at 6:45 PM.I attempt to go to the lobby to find out that the lobby is closed at this establishment. I then went through the drive thru and I was told by an employee they need 10 more minutes to complete my order and to park and they would bring it out to me.The time is 7:05 PM and I still haven't received my order. I went through the drive thru again and the employee was very rude and stated they don't have any dark meat. I then asked the employee I'll gladly accept another type of meat..Overall, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food. It's hard to determine how long they would of had me wait if I didn't check on it.Thanks for this warm welcoming!
