Ordered a Big Mac through McDonald's mobile app. Went and picked it up curbside. Got home, opened the box only to realize it was missing a whole patty at the top, and only had a patty at the bottom. It was too late at this point to go back to the restaurant. Please have better quality control. This is not what I paid for especially with the rising cost for fast food.

This location of McDonald’s has gone downhill from a perspective of a previous employee. I worked here 6 years ago, and enjoyed my time working here, when management was good!Fast forward to today, and I get parked 3/5 visits on orders as simple as 1 plain McChicken or 2 plain hamburgers. The drive thru is usually greeted by a mono-tone / uninterested voice that doesn’t read back the order, and window employees taking money or handing receipts show lack of enthusiasm. It’s not the fault of the employees by any means, but the crew trainers and managers, which should be setting higher expectations and holding the values of the company!I sometimes bring my brother in to dine, and it is neat to see that there are kiosks to order, BUT there are also front line staff positions that are present. Front line staff will look at a customer (or myself) standing at the front waiting for either my order to be taken or requesting something, and will ignore me for 5 minutes + (I have timed it). Staff is far from friendly dining in, and you can hear inappropriate conversations between staff about customers or drama. As stated, a previous employee, the bar is set very low today, and there is no customer service skills and order accuracy issues.I wish I could see more professionalism and customer service experience being taught here. I wonder sometimes if the owners have changed because of the lack of effort put into this store.The manager Carla has always done a well job, Aswell as the morning manager, but lunch to dinner staff is Tragic.

The quality has diminished and the price is rising. Even after watching the employee sweep and mop, the floors were dirty. The worst thing was it didn't feel like the heat was on.

Almost all servers Do Not take pride in doing a proper job with this simple task.The young Man at the drive thru window took them back apparently just popped a button on lidsDefinitely NOT LABELED CORRECTLYI am diabetic and hate to start drinking the wrong one then have to dump my friends soda outFries are nasty. I only do this when it's necessary. I don't know your name but to the guy in the safety vest and the blue covid mask on 2/9/2024 @ 11am. 2 #7's = 4 burgers.... if I order 2 additional burgers it equals 6 total burgers. I can't help that your co-workers can't take an order properly yet acknowledge everything I ordered. If you want argue about basic math champ go back to elementary school.Remember 2 #7 meals and 2 additional cheese burgers the contents in the bag should be 6 burgers and 2 fries. Guess what you still got my order wrong even after you shoved the bag back at me. Very professional of you.

Foods great don’t get me wrong and I used to work here. But I had to get my triple cheese burger remade 3 times it was supposed to just have no onion. First time it was right but had 2 patties and one slice of cheese 2 there was onions and 3rd it was plain. And don’t listen to the “good reviews” half of em are employees trying to make the stars go up.

They had me pull up to wait on a mobile order when there was not another car in the drive through at all. Much worst then other locations must be privately owned . I support first come first serve when there is no line or abnormal
