Lastnight the door dasher ripped us off so I called in to explain and the manager was super cool and gave us a credit. We called back tonight to order and use it and he answered and was super helpful. Thank you. We also order everyday lol

We ordered on Sunday after Pizza Hut took our order and didn't fill it. There was only 1 gentleman working, but he was super nice and apologized that he was filling an order of over 10 pizzas before us. We let him know that Pizza Hut wasn't open so he would probably get busy.When we came back to get our pizza (ran an errand while waiting), our pizzas were nice and hot and he got someone else to come in to help him with the deluge of orders he had.I forget about them since their deals are not as great as other pizza places, but will absolutely put them to the front of my pizza rotation.

The food itself is pretty good, same taste as most other papajohns.. Main reason for this Rating is Costumer service, Even tho they made me wait and they lost my order and than they delivered to the wrong address… The person on the phone did everything to correct the mistakes. I appreciate when someone goes above and beyond!! Thanks for being helpful and honest!!

The food quality I've received from this location through numerous orders over the past year has just become awful! When I receive my orders they are often missing items and/or made completely incorrectly! When contacting the store about these issues they give the consistent impression they couldn't care less! My order last week was the final straw for me. After waiting for my order to be delivered for almost 2 hours, I received it incomplete via a Door Dash delivery driver, not a Papa John's driver, completely ice cold, absolutely gross in appearance and the seals on all 7 of the items I did receive were torn open! The driver told me he couldn't help me regarding the missing items because he doesn't work for them. I had no idea they used Door Dash drivers and weren't using their own drivers, but apparently they are now in a "partnership" to do so. The manager was completely rude and didn't see a problem with items missing, the food being cold or the fact that all of the seals on my order had been broken meaning they had been opened after being closed by the store. I was told the "partnership" doesn't give them any control over the order once it's picked up but Door Dash says it's not in their control either. If they have a "partnership" with them then they should care about the service provided to their customers on their behalf. Had I known when placing the order they were using another service for delivery I wouldn't have done it to begin with, there was no mention on the website or when I placed the order. The other issues on top of that and all the numerous chances I've given this location made that the last chance I would ever give this location.

Delivery - pizza was delivered in the alloted time frame they specified. Pizza was hot and fresh. Driver was friendly, professional and courteous. I tried the Shaq pizza, definitely lived up to the commercials.

After almost given up on West VA and customer service, I desperately called this papa john's in hopes that they could possibly take a late order. It was 30 mins until closing. Who ever it was that picked up that late call on July 4th thank you so much. It was my 5 yr old Son's birthday and he specially wanted pizza.Thankfully the guy over the phone was The most professional person I had personally talked to over the phone for any food order.Not sure who he was but thank you so much. This will now be the only place we will order pizza and will make sure to let everybody else know about it.

Delivery is always much faster than what they quote and the drivers are polite and professional. The food is always tasty, well made, and hot.
1st order from grubhub. Wanted to try the parmesan papadia. Expected a geat salty parmesan taste. Nope, it was nasty. It tasted like a dirty oven, no parm flavor just yucky old grease, cooked dusty taste. The outer crust edge was rock hard, couldn't bite it. Even the garlic butter dipping sauce didn't help. Won't make that mistake again.

This place is great. Ordered both delivery and take out in the past. Delivery is always quick and easy. All the staff I've encountered are very professional and the pizza is always exactly what you'd expect. Haven't had any issues this far.
