We had a very enjoyable time at the Hillbrook Inn Restaurant. Christian, the manager, was so welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. He reserved a table for us by the cozy fireplace and prepared a "Fall Sangria" that was absolutely delicious ! Jesse, our server, was such a pleasure and made sure our dining experience was superb. The scallop was amazing. The ravioli was amazing. The tenderloin was the worst I've ever had, sharpen your teeth before coming. It was advertised as wagyu which they meant as American wagyu and maybe it was but it was so tough I wouldn't believe it would grade Choice. The desert was advertised as a "chocolate bomb" cake, however, we were served some half frozen and half gelatin apple concoction. Such a wonderful place. It's a cute inn, with a nice bar to have a cocktail before dinner. The chef tasting was spectacular! They made adjustments for being pescatarian, which is always much appreciated. The waitress was super nice and knowledgeable.
