Poor conditions, tables are dirty. Our 3 yr old dropped her donut on the ground by accident and they made a big deal about it and wanted to charge us for a new one. Personally thats poor customer service.
I come to this Starbucks all the time because it’s near my work, and I always look forward to getting my iced chai tea. Today, I ordered their Gingerbread Chai Tea latte and it was straight up milk. Naturally, I took it back in for them to remake it because I paid nearly $7 for a chai tea, not milk! The girl behind the counter was nice but in a condescending way and said “well it’s made with a lot of milk” and pushed the drink back at me when I insisted it had no chai...read full review

Never again, there are local coffee shops. Eleven bucks for a coffee and egg bites and it took forever. Every other shop in town is better. Sorry I went there to save a few minutes.
