i went through the drive thru today and the lovely woman taking my order was literally the sweetest! i was having trouble with the app and she was so understanding and helpful. she was so patient as i spent a couple minutes trying to figure it out. i wish i knew her name but she had glasses and curly hair. she had the best attitude and great customer service!

I go to the three Wendy’s down here in Montgomery County, Maryland a LOT and always order the exact same thing…a #6 (Spicy Chicken Sandwich), cheese only. Once a month or so I travel up north and ALWAYS stop at this Wendy’s in Charlestown as it is, by far, the best one! The sandwich is alway tender, larger, hot, and most importantly…spicy! Thank you.I wish the manager from this Charlestown restaurant would come down here to Montgomery County, Maryland and show these careless people how to upgrade our three Wendy’s to the same standard.Corporate…that’s a hint to you.

Our cashier was super nice! Got our orders exactly how we wanted. Our food order was fast, fresh and hot. And delicious! This has been our go-to Wendy's when we feel like fast food.The staff working that evening was great - especially the front counter crew.Vegetarian options: Salad

The food is great if you get what you order. As far as the location. It's garbage their are tweakers in the parking lots doing drugs on the sideways and they allow them to come in and sleep on the couches. Definitely not a place to feel safe coming

Messed up my order from the drive thru and had to go in to get it fixed, when I asked to get it fixed they told me that it was my fault for ordering wrong and refused to fix it. Then asked for a refund which was very difficult to get. All staff and management are very rude and condescending.

The manger there was very rude and I asked her for extra sauce and got upset and literally throw it at my window. She calls her self a manger it was mid age white lady. Horrible service if the manger is that rude imagine how the employees will be.
