The food was extremely bad. The Orange Chicken were nuggets with a drizzle of orange sauce and no Broccoli or any other vegetables. While the Crispy Beef was tough with 4 - 1/4" pieces of red bell pepper and 2 slices of carrots that you could read the paper through. As for the Fried Rice the only thing in it was the Soy Sauce.

This place has gone so horribly downhill. They pre-make half of their entrees and keep them on a steam bar. I got general tso chicken that jiggled like jello, the meat was somehow reddish underneath, with no sauce on it and it stunk. The breading had the consistency of toilet paper that had gotten stuck on your foot and soaked in the bottom of your bathtub during your shower. The spring rolls were so vastly undercooked you literally couldn’t bit through them.I hope someone sees this from the health department before anyone gets sick…

I was here today nuneyka was really rude to me. I'll buy a drink about a lot of food from there. She forgot to give me my drink when I went to try to get my drink they asked for my receipt but I'm not also asking for me to go to the line when I already wait for 45 minutes for the food.

After enjoying some time playing casino games we thought the idea of oriental food sounded good. What a disaster! After waiting to long and paying too much we received what was honestly the worst meal we had ever had. Not kidding. I cannot remember paying money for a meal that looked and tasted any worse that this mess. Customer service is complacent and uncaring. We are all paying much more for dining out these days. I am OK with that when what I receive is decent. But lousy service AND terrible food will guarantee that we will never be back. This place gives Hollywood Casino Charlestown a black eye!

Perfectly adequate general tsos chicken. The sauce was a little thinner than it should be, but the chicken had a good texture and the sauce had a good flavor. There was just a hint of spice and a few pieces of broccoli to make it healthy. The portion was pretty large for a single person, should satisfy even very large appetites.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took the girl at the counter almost 5 minutes to turn around and take my order. Which was simple. Then it took 30 minutes to get the food. When I walked up after 20 minutes asking what's going on? She said be patient in a snooty tone. Asked for my money back and she said "that's not how it works". I've never had generals tso chicken with a pasty bitter sauce. I was so disappointed. Worst Chinese food I've ever had. I hope you see this and decide on to never come here.

Not bad got there a little after 1am and got the Pork Lo mein. Was pretty busy but with the line and waiting after my order was only there less than 15-20 min. Worst thing about it was having to go through the casino to get there. ? Not really my vibe but great for takeout or if you like to gamble.
I think the dishes here are outstanding, but i have yet to try the soups that everyone complains about. I get the Mei Nam Noodles, it's a great variant of a pad thai dish. My wife gets a beef broccoli something, there is also a chicken and rice, all of these are great. It's walk up service. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for any order.

It's a Saturday night and you have a 1 hour wait for fast food Chinese food! Unacceptable! You just don't want folks to use the dining credit that you give them. Don't recommend the fast food (food court) restaurant or the joke of a casino! Spoke to Host Maxine and she is rude and condescending! What a joke! Scott Saunders you have some work to do! Perhaps you need to be present on the weekends specifically at night! What a s*** show! Go to Maryland live!!!! I'll be sure to start my campaign to make sure you don't go cashless! Call politicians on Monday!

To the owners please read. I visited this spot today 3/3/22 order # 9332, and order 2 super pho. I asked Tanesha if I can get 1 chicken instead of beef Becuase I don’t eat beef she said of course. Not her explaining to me that there was a a substitution charge. She charge me for the soup the full 15.25 and an additional 4 for a side of chicken now as a consumer. That’s a rip off. Please don’t visited this spot and I would like the owners to change that operation. By the way Tanesha service was not good at all Because when I asked her that concern I had, it was just a negative reply. To all consumer don’t eat here. Owner please give me a refund

Employee behind the counter was yelling at customers and then took their food and THREW it at the counter! When brought up to manager, the employee said "yeah, I did!" And the manager didn't do anything. They don't care at all how they conduct themselves, and if they're throwing food in front of customers, what are they doing to it when we can't see?
