I was disappointed yet again. We did the 2 for $25. The steak I ordered was burnt on most of it, I had asked for rare. Mashed potatoes had cheese and bacon on them. I did not ask for that either. I quit calling to explain what and how to cook a rare steak. The normal manager claims he does not remember me.Sadly this isn't the first time but it will be the last time I order from there.

Been here several times … but today’s will our last. Took my wife there for her birthday dinner…the spinach dip was cold, her mashed potatoes were cold and and her steak was nearly too tough to chew. My chicken and shrimp was so salty I didn’t even bother to bring home my left overs . Play 90’s music … at least that was enjoyable .

The lady that seated us was rude, unprofessional. Staff was sat at a table by the bar, conversing, while we had to wait 20 minutes to just get drinks. Service was nonexistant. Waited over an hour for food. They were half full. Very disappointed. Then two of us fell deathly sick after leaving. We will go to the Southridge location from now on. We paid 101.00 for four people, at those prices you really need to step it up.

Had a Memorial Dinner to honor my late brother at the Kanawha City location on 11.11.23. We walked in and Applebee's management was able to serve approximately 20 family members, on the Veterans Day Saturday! This was no easy feat and I want to thank the hostess, the servers, the kitchen personnel and management for serving the Smith-Lawson family. Much appreciated!

I went there for an interview, they had me waiting for almost an hour, and then she said the lady would call me for a second interview, and she never did. I called them every day for a week trying to get updates and today they finally tell me they gave the job to somebody else. I wouldn’t have been upset if they would have told me that earlier, but no instead they wasted my time.

Usually love the bourbon chicken and shrimp. The shrimp was good. The spinach and artichoke dip was delicious. The chicken and potatoes not so much. But the service and atmosphere was good. The main course definitely was lacking.
