What can I say, except a typical Arby's resturant. If you're like me, you love the half pound roast beef sandwich or the classic. I tried their new burger sandwich. It was cooked until dry. That made it so-so. The flavor was good. I'm going to stick to my roast beef sandwiches with horsey sauce or some of the sliders. They're all good. Quick, friendly service. Very good parking, or do tge drive-thru.
Clean , quiet, not a lot of background noise. Just me and my (usually) French dip sub or two…..and maybe one for a late night snack or tomorrow. Don’t forget my curly fries right out of the fryer and put those next to my jalapeño bites please. Large on both. The fish sandwich ( who wats fish sandwiches? ME!!) is to die for. Crunchy and all that battering. I like to hose mine down with mayo and hot sauce. But the the main staple is the roast beef sandwiches. Don’t have a favorite or go through a ritual or a coin toss, it just depends what strikes me at the time. I can always saw through about 5-6 Arby’s roast beef regulars and love personally loading them down with the famous Arby’s Sauce and Horsey Sauce. Both sides. Along with a sweet tea with lemon always made to perfection and I’m a happy camper and I think you will be too. I haven’t seen the Rueben on the menu lately and that’s a bummer. That and they stopped the Hot Potato Bites. It kinda slacked off from me coming as much. That was my go to comfort food. Still a great place. Never overpacked, rarely a wait, it’s a brand name you know and know what to expect. Always plenty of wheelchair accessible parking and plenty of regular parking. This particular location shares with another restaurant so I always see the drive through slammed. Can’t say on the restrooms, I’ve never had the urge while I’ve ever been there. Now if we can just get them to do something with those ridiculous high prices, though worth the taste, I’m sure they’d see a lot more business. From me at least but that’s not my department just a suggestion.
Used the app for the first time with this chain. Ordered 4 sandwiches for pickup - husband failed to check the bag himself because the worker was 'checking the bag' to verify all items were in the bag. 3 People ate, 1 ended up popping open a can of soup!! Terrible introduction to Arbys App and easy pickup. The burgers were medium cooked leaving a red center - we had to put them into the microwave to finish cooking them. When I was a young teen I worked for a fastfood chain - a very busy store. We never screwed up so many orders as I have had handed to me over the past year. The lack of competence, quality, and customer service has destroyed the experience of eating out or running through the drive-thru. Teenagers 20 years ago without computers did a better job than adults with every piece of tech and quick service equipment available.

In a day and age where the fast food workforce in town is lackluster, this Arby’s location is a great place to eat. I forgot it was there for the longest time, and just started going back a couple of months ago. I literally don’t have anything but good things to say about it. It’s well managed, the staff are very friendly and attentive, it’s always clean, my food is always hot & fresh, my order is always 100% accurate, and when you pay for extra beef, you actually get it. I appreciate the staff’s professionalism & hard work, and highly recommend this place.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
