Rarely do I give negative ratings unless it is really bad! Rudness can come with fast food sometimes, but I draw the line at the use of very very foul language, berating of other employees and continuing to curse (I'm talking the worst words possible) with two elderly ladies at the counter. Not to mention our food was slung in the bag and thrown on the counter. Will NOT go to this location EVER again.

I just want to personally shout out to Kevin working the drive through. He was the most thorough and informative worker I have ever come in contact with in the restaurant industry. He was very upbeat and his positive attitude was infectious. He even went out of his way to give my children crowns and he definitely did not have too. Absolutely outstanding customer service. And they were short staffed due to a snow storm.

Worst customer service ever. As people are waiting to order. The staff all seem to be outside enjoying their morning smoke. Your manager with white long sweater type coat and Santa hat was outside when we arrived. She walked in grabbed another cigarette she saw the line and walked out. Inside you had one employee just standing and doing nothing except making you feel uncomfortable with her not impressed to be here attitude. After our visit I was informed this store has an issueSorry but how’s that customer service and we will definitely pass by and visit the other hamburger place just a few doors door.
