We were from out of town. We got the best service ever .Manager Wyatt and Nick were amazing with superb customer skills . We had a male waiter who went above and beyond to take care of us . I highly recommend this place as you don’t be disappointed.
I love me some Chili's. The service is usually good at any of them we've gone to and the food is always amazing. Well, the South Western Egg Rolls always are and that's all that really matters. ?

The good news, there were people working on Sunday night. Bad news is, gosh, the neighborhood in downtown Charleston felt rough. It was still daylight but just sayin' I would not have walked around by dark. Our food was ok, extremely small servings, like they ran out of lettuce for the salads, we left hungry. The wait staff were courteous but uniforms or some standards might be nice, the folks working did not have any idea of appropriate dress for a family restaurant.
