I know, I know. I'm a vegetarian rating a wing place. I know how this must look. But I am super flexible on where I eat when options are limited, knowing that I can find something veggie, anywhere. I was pleased to see they had salad options so I was going with that. So, let's talk about the "waitress". I put it in quotes because I doubt she had any prior server or customer service training or experience and seemed as though she had no interest in her job or human interactions. She plopped herself down to take my group's order and she just seemed, over it. As she took orders I learned that the salads all came with meat atop. I order my salad and ask to replace the meat with a beyond burger patty. She essentially short circuited. I told her I don't eat meat and merely want a salad with a fake meat patty on top. She takes a while to search on her system, how to enter all of this highly complex information and we're all just sitting there waiting patiently. Then she informs me that she entered for me, a plain beyond burger with nothing on it, and a side salad. I tell her that's not what I want and she says there's no other way to make it happen for me. My colleague leans over and says "She's charging you for like two things which is coming out to like double what you'd pay for the salad you want". I tell her to please move on taking the rest of the orders so I could recalibrate. I order a veggie burger with onion rings. It was so lame. The patty was burnt. The greens on it were like days old iceburg that were discolored and wilty, and I got 4 onion rings. FOUR! I felt like they were messing with me at this point. I asked a 2nd time for lemon for my water, and she comes back with a giant Styrofoam cup that had 2 pieces of lemon in it. The cup, I kid you not, had bite marks taken out of it! She was so stressful I felt like a minor anxiety attack was brewing, and I don't get anxiety attacks. I had to explain to my colleagues that I usually don't have that hard a time ordering food out. And I know this was merely a wing place in a not so veg friendly part of the country, but if the service was at least, moderately pleasant, I wouldn't be writing this kind of review.

Waiter there was super friendly ! Me and my boyfriend had the best customer service we’ve had in a very long time . Drinks were never empty , food was fresh and delicious . Didn’t have to ask for one thing the whole meal ! Outstanding ! The waitresses name was Chelsey . Outstanding job !

Wanted to give them a great review! As they were one of the few places available during this crazy storm we had. They stayed patient, sent food out in a good time even with all the business they had to deal with. Great job!

We noticed a wad of flegm on the glass door as we entered which should have told us to turn around and leave. But we didn't unfortunately. No one greeted us so we stood there until someone from the kitchen looked out and told us to find a seat. We sat down in a booth and realized our table was dirty so I cleaned it with paper towels and some hand sanitizer. When I was done wiping, the wad of paper towels was so dirty, it looked like I had cleaned the floor with it. The waitress saw me clean the table but never offered to help and never bothered to remove the dirty paper towel wad from our table. It laid there the whole time we ate. My husband ordered tea and it tasted rancid. We ordered deep fried mushrooms for an appetizer and they were good. We had to ask for silverware and the waitress acted aggravated. My husband ordered wings and I ordered a gyro platter. The wings were not served hot and my hummus had no garlic, tahini or lemon flavor at all. Then our waitress brought us a credit card reader so we could pay our bill which seemed too high so my husband opted for a receipt on the card reader. The waitress acted aggravated when she realized he had printed a receipt but she went and got it, laid it on the table and then walked away. She had charged us for beers we didn't order.

Walked in Saturday 3 waitresses setting at a table, one said set wherever you want and we will be with you in awhile, no one was in there. Not friendly at all, we went to the patio and finally one came out to wait on us, she was nice, helpful with the wing flavors, came back several times to check on us. The food was great and plenty to being home. Can not smoke on the patio and that was a bummer because we was outside so no one was there, I think smoking should be allowed because it's outside, spacious but that's my opinion health dept says otherwise. Next time will just call ahead and order for take out. The patio was dirty and needed washed down or the floors redone over, the patio sets are dangerous for snakes because the woods is right there and you could not see if there would be a snake so I personally would do away with them and just have tables only to avoid a lawsuit if someone is bitten by a snake.

Ordered wings yesterday. Very off putting when you bite into something and the smell of spoiled food hits you. I'm not picky but I definitely had a few bad wings. Made me pretty sick. Will not be returning. Very sad because I can't eat wings almost everyday for lunch.
