It’s petty but if they say your order will be ready in 20 min it will definitely be closer to 45. If the app tells you the order is ready they might have just put it in the oven

Delivery was perfect and the driver was extremely kind. However I ordered on the app and at one point before I received my pizza the app said my order was completed. I checked outside and there was no food so I called the store to see if there had been a malfunction on the app. The first 2 times I called the phone picked up to complete silence, the next 2 times I called I was told to wait on hold and then after a couple of seconds on hold it hung up on me. I called a 3rd time around 7:40 on Sunday Feb. 18th and a woman answered the phone and SCREAMED “DOMINIOS HOLD PLEASE” and then slammed the phone down and it hung up again after a couple of seconds. Finally the last time I called a boy answered and helped me and my food was delivered like a minute later. Just don’t know why the lady on the phone was so rude and also not sure what’s wrong with their phone systems that keep hanging up when on hold.

First time to order pickup pizzas online from this Domino's location. Pizzas were ready at the promised time and the staff was friendly. The pizza was hot and delicious!! This Domino's will easily become a family favorite!!

Tried to call to make sure my order went through because I can't sign back into my Domino's online profile now and she rudely answered and said hold please then a couple of minutes later she hung up on me... Called back and she said IM THE ONLY ONE IN HERE PLEASE WAIT.. I didn't yell or was in a hurry she is the one that kept hanging up on me ? so over people being so damn rude. It cost nothing to be nice!

Ordered online and waited for the text or email to let me know when it was ready. We ended up going in, and it was done. I never received anything from them to alert me, though. Its not a big deal, but it was supposed to be an option for convenience. The pizza was amazing! We also had 2 different types of the wings. They were also great! Honestly was the first time I had Dominoes since the 1990s! We will be ordering from there again, for sure! The two young people working were also pretty awesome! KUDOS!
There was a mistake with our pizza, but the manager was pleasant and attentive and offered a quick solution when we called about it.This place makes great pizza, especially the Brooklyn crust.
We eat Domino's at least 4 times and month and I do not have any complaints. The staff is always friendly and the pizza is always fantastic

Ordering online is easy to do. The app. Let’s you know when the driver will arrive. Always has nice people who deliver the food.
