I regards to your comment- which I cannot post on, as the business owner, you should not have sent this out the door and offered it or you should not have charged the full price. I have called the shop FOR DAYS and no one will answer. I will go to spring street despite this being right down from my work and home. I had a bad experience last spring with you and placed an order in advance. My order was not ready and a note was left for me that you could not fill my order. I was disappointed a year ago and had to scramble and go to Krispy crème to fill my order. No one called me or let me know my order wouldn't be completely filled until I showed up. I was delivering them as a thank ylu to the hospital so my review wasn't a one time issue. Since you've taken over ownership, quality and service are terrible. Very disappointed and won't come here again. 50 years of frequenting here gone in 1 year.

This place has the best donuts in town! There is always a good selection, the prices are decent, & the employees actually seem to like their jobs & are friendly to customers. That is a very refreshing change from that new drive thru DD donut place up on Oakwood or the other drive thru donut joint in S. Charleston. Donut Connection has been in business at this Kanawha City location for a long time & they definitely know how to do donuts right!

Still my favorite go to for donuts. Better than any donut-box store or chain. Best coffee and apple fritter you can find, but the maple iced can’t be beat.
We had a wonderful experience! It was my boyfriends first time there and the two ladies working were very kind and informative about guiding us! Our donuts were super cool and super yummy! the workers there really made us Feel ever more Connected to our donuts.

This is my favorite donut shop! My favorite by far is the German Chocolate donut- simple enough but I've never seen anything like it anywhere else! The service is always amazing and donuts fresh!

The doughnuts are very yummy. Way better then Dunkin doughnuts that just opened down the street! No competition, doughnut connection wins. TheirDoughnuts are tastier and softer and made with love that only a local can do, not a big chain store.Nice workers there to. They're very patient with their customers who have trouble deciding through their delicious variety. Very good people. Very good doughnuts. Very good place. 10/10. Please never change the recipe or method! You all are doing good just the way you are!(The apple doughnuts and vanilla angel and the honey dipped and the maple doughnut are very tasty in my opinion)

Donuts are good and fresh. We went on a Saturday morning, and it must've been a busy day because donut selection was slim, but they were working on making more. Can't fault them for being tasty and selling out.
