I ORDERED A FROZEN VANILLA BEAN THEY GAVE ME A NASTY COOLATTA SO I SENT IT BACK TOLD THEM ITS NOT WHAT I ORDERED SO THEY REMADE IT AND GAVE ME ANOTHER DRINK BUT ONCE AGAIN IT WASNT FROZEN AT THIS POINT IM ALREADY FRUSTRATED BC THEY MESSED IT UP TWICE AND SAID I JUST WANT A REFUND THE GIRL AT THE FIRST WINDOW SAYS IM SORRY PULL 2 THE 2ND WINDOW SO WE DID AND THEY MADE MY DRINK FOR THE 3RD TIME STILL NOT FROZEN COME ON PEOPLE HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A FROZEN VANILLA BEAN COFFEE? What is there more to say? Dunkin does not disappoint. Love the cake donuts, they are tasty and cooked to perfection. We ordered a mocha, it wasn't on the menu, but staff accommodated our request and made us a very good mocha. We appreciated the willingness to make what we wanted.

Every time I go there, the people really give off a bad mood vibe. I understand people don’t want to work or have off days or have stuff going on, but it’s a collective experience from everyone besides 1 worker that told me to have a great day. It’s from the ordering process to the paying process to the order pickup window.Out of the 10ish times I’ve been there, only 1 person has said something pleasant.I say thank you, and it’s either a hmm and shut the window or no response at all. It’s wild. Idk what work environment they have going on, but something is completely off.If Starbucks was across the street, I’d be certain that this place would go out of business. It’s like McDonald’s vs Chick-fil-A customer service honestly.
