The food was amazing and our server was very good and attentive to our table. Even though this restaurant is in a casino you didn't notice the noise and the tables were very quiet and spaced apart appropriately. Awesome dining experience with amazing food!

I cannot comment on the food as we were never served. We had reservations, we were seated given bread and water, then waited at least 45 minutes for someone to take our order but no one ever came back by so we decided to leave. Our water glasses were empty and we were hungry. The French Quarter was a horrible experience. It really soured our mood.

We had a late lunch yesterday (2/28/24) and enjoyed the whole experience so much. Delicious food, very generous portions and GREAT service for a very reasonable price. I always judge a place by the cleanliness of the silverware and general area and it was perfect. Also, the iced tea was delicious; not everyone can make it to my standards. The menu had a lot of good choices. I had the Steak Salad w/blue cheese. So good! Would go again in a heartbeat!

An absolute must, if you love great steaks! The meat is grass fed and hormone free. That's hard to find in Pittsburgh. We appreciate the quality of you meat!!! See you again soon!!

Lady Bartender last night, Saturday night, needs a big attitude adjustment. Multiple people multiple occasions. Rude, short, talked poorly about customers in front of customers.

I got dessert to go today, 1/14/24. The meal was good but the brownie was awful. It was hard as a rock and inedible. Waste of $10! Wondering if they gave me the week old brownie since I’d be at home eating it and not at the restaurant.

Terrible service and extremely slow, slow on getting waited on, extremely slow getting food, when paying 100 a plate you should get the best, absolutely not worth eating at this place

They do not honor their reservations. My husband and I went there for New Year's and our 8:30 reservation was ignored. We are well dressed and polite people, it was very intentional on the managers part.

They did not honor the reservation. We checked in at 8:18 for an 8:30 reservation. They said it would take a few minutes to bus the table. They seated many people after that. We checked in one hour later and the lady snapped at us. She greeted someone she obviously knew very well and seated them. We checked in again, this time with someone else and was told they were busy, they were not. Before leaving the casino I asked why we were never sent the message and they stated we, "only stopped by once". Why would we need to check in multiple times? However, we did stop by. It was very unprofessional. I got the feeling that regulars are their priority. So if you're not a regular you may want to go when it's not busy.

- I was not pleased with the table I was seated at - I was not pleased when my meal finally arrived. They served a medium size steak, a medium sized baked potato, & a miniscule serving of asparagus on a salad plate sized dish. (I looked around at other patrons seated near me to see if their service was the same . . . it was not. I can only guess this can be attributed to the "single diner" treatment protocol. (If you have the audacity to make a reservation for "ONE" [any where] you should expect a lousy table & poor service.) - after my meal was brought to my table by someone other than my waitress, my waitress never bothered to stop at my table to see if I needed anything else until I was nearly finished. I was never offered the suggestion of a desert. - on line the restaurant's site states a dress code: "business casual." Every time I have been to this restaurant (including tonight) I have dressed above/beyond business casual. Tonight, like every other time I have dined here, I was thoroughly disappointed to see the number of patrons seated wearing not just jeans & t-shirts, but absolutely dirty jeans & t-shirts. At one point I was tempted to walk out prior to ordering when a female patron walked past me wearing "leggings."

The meal was good, but so over priced it left a gaping hole between $& $$$$. And this was a limited menu due to it being new years eve 2023-24 Our server was excellent. Friendly and very astute. She wasn't just there because she was on the schedule, she was there because that was her job and she did it well. Additionally, we were told from bartender, we could only purchase 2 drinks at a time. Multi liquor drinks counted as two so in order to even buy another long Island ice tea I had to step up to the bar and claim that i was the second party to his 2 drink max Although if you roll back security footage, you'll AT LEAST out of corner to the group of preps whom I watched carry drinks back to their table directly from the bar. Look at the footage that shows the blond with her hair in a bun, glitter jacket, carrying drinks by the fists. And yes I can pick the offenders who were held un accountable. We unfortunatelythis underwhelming inpression of the Mardi Gras Resort.

We had dinner on 1/20/24. Our server was Andrea. She was wonderful. We always go to Bella because she is top notch! She wasn't there. Very satisfied with our service however, the food was awful. We always have a good meal here so we were surprised. We both got the short ribs because they were out of the chicken. The short ribs, if you could call them that, were burnt & dry. I would not have served them they looked so bad. We used to get these in the past & they were always good. We told our server & she said she was sorry. Our meals should have been free because we basically got mashed potatoes. $84 for two small burnt pieces of meat & a small helping of mashed potatoes. I understand that it was after 9 pm but just shut down if you're going to serve something so bad. I know that Chef would have never let that out of the kitchen if he had been there. He is wonderful & always takes care of us. Would also like to give a positive review for a waitress named Petra Wagner. She is a hard worker that is always so very nice to us. She always has a smile no matter what. She makes sure we are always taken care of. I wish everyone would have the positive attitude that she has. She loves taking care of people & I cannot say enough positive things about her. Thank you so much Petra!! Would also like to say that Brandon, Garrett, & Matt always make sure everything is going good. They all always speak to us with a smile. Dealers Steven (older man), Craig, & Linus also do a great job. All of these people work hard to make coming there a great experience.

After losing at the casino we decided to try this restaurant. The lobster ravioli was excellent. The mixed drinks were really good and our server was very attentive.

Our Server, Emily was excellent, the food was delicious and we had a great time together. I made a reservation, the hostess had our table ready, promptly sit us down even though we were a bit early. We spent the remainder of the night at the casino. We will be back in the future!

We have ate there 4-5 times. Honestly have not been impressed one time. Spent 155 dollars on a meal I could have gotten at any steak house with as good or better test for a fraction of the cost. I don't mind paying extra for a good meal but can nam3 several other places I can splurge for less than 100 and a much better meal. Bread lacked flavor. Nothing special butter was average at best. Just butter. Had the filet and it was ok. No wow seasoning and a tad dry for 50 bucks. Service has always been outstanding there and the people are very nice but the meal is not worth the money.
