I personally don't like there food because I got food poisoning the first time t I had there food. It didn't even taste good. I definitely wouldn't eat there.

We were passing through town and wanted to try something different. This was amazing! We had J*** Chicken, Ox Tail Stew, barbie chicken, potato salad, Mac n cheese and rice and Peas. All delicious! The woman there was very friendly and helpful as well explaining certain dishes to us. The j*** chicken was the perfect balance of spicy and flavorful and not overpoweringly spicy. Thank you for a great meal!

Wonderful authentic Jamaican cuisine. My wife and I have already figured out what we plan to order next time we stop by for dinner. I did the curry chicken with rice and cabbage while my wife had the bar-b-que chicken with mac & cheese. Unfortunately they had already sold.ou5 of the epic fried plantains when we arrived. Next time!

Food delicious the spice was just right amount but wasn't a large menu to choose from and until you pay you don't know how much it is they don't have any prices up at all

I got the oxtail with Mac and cheese and rice and peas. The food is really good! Very goood flavor and decent portion sizes! I would prefer the oxtail have more sauce to eat with the rice and peas and the Mac and cheese was on the dry side, but still very good experience overall here

This was my first time trying this place. HOLY SMOKES!! Definitely stop and get some food! Literally anything. Everything is soo good! Such an amazing restaurant to have in Charleston! The prices are slightly higher but completely justified given the HUGE portions they give you!

Food: Jamaican comfort food, well-seasoned dishes, and portions fit for large appetites. Recommend the curried goat if available. Everything's bone-in and the meat is super tender. Plantains are a worthy side also. Service: Fine, I had to order takeout, so had limited interaction. Price: I happened to pick one of the most expensive dishes, so that's definitely not doable for regular lunch, but there are other more affordable options. Portions are generous too. Atmosphere: Simple seating, and everything was clean. Could use some more effort to create a more comfortable & appealing interior. Great to have an option like this when I'm up this way!

Good Jamaican food. Get there early before their beef patties are gone!

Moving to West Virginia, I hardly expected to find an authentic Jamaican restaurant. But wouldn’t you know they have great food and great service! Definitely recommend

We chose this restaurant at random while passing through Charleston. We made our food selections with the help of the owner Camellia. We had the oxtail, j*** chicken, rice and peas, steamed cabbage salad, potato salad, beef patty, and a sampling of the curry goat. HOLY SMOKES!!!! Everything was sooo good. Beautiful savory bright spicy Island fair. Flavors like this aren’t readily available in WV but we should celebrate and support businesses like this and keep them around.

The food was FANTASTIC!!! I was traveling for work in the area and one night I caught a glimpse of the Jamaican cors and I thought I'll check it out in the daytime...thank goodness I did!! Best food I had the whole week in town!

Over priced. my wife and I were very disappointed . Walk in food was buffet style or catering style . And in our opinion was not worth the 35 minute wait ( for catering style food ??? Crazy right ? Should take 5 minutes) or the almost 40$ ( you can eat anywhere for 40$ nowadays )(should have went to chilli's and got a steak) for two plates of food that we hardly touched . Had the jerked chicken rice and beans and cabbage . Would not recommend it to anyone very very disappointed was looking forward to yummy spicy Jamaican food and that was not what we got . Save your money and go some where else to eat . First time there and it will be our last also my first review ever . ....The high price was shocking at first but was okay because I was pretty sure I was about to eat some banging food .. don't waste your time going here .. keep yourself from the disappointment
