Food was average, but came out quick. The waiter was decent but the lady that cashed me, my fiancé and my son out was EXTREMELY rude. I will never go back due to her attitude and how she was screaming at me. There’s was “ala cart” charges that I didn’t understand why they were there so I asked her…she then replied saying it was because my son requested a different sauce than the plate he ordered originally come with…it’s was literally an $8 charge! When she explained to me why I was being charged I said “okay, I just didn’t know what these random charges were.” And as I proceed to walk out of the restaurant she responds back with “that’s your problem, not mine.” She was already being rude when explaining the charges so her response at the end was just the cherry on top. She was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Because of her horrible attitude, I will never step foot in that restaurant again.

A decent Mexican restaurant convenient to shopping, bowling, main roads, etc. Came with three people total on a quiet weekday evening and we were all pleased with the food and (fast) service.

This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to at lunch. The atmosphere is always really positive and the employees are always really nice. I gave the food 4 stars just because I personally like my food a little more seasoned, but overall it's good it's just a personal preference.

The most average mexican food you can imagine. Although the portion size was surprisingly adequate, the rest of the dining experience did nothing to stand out.Parking: The parking situation can get a little congested. There is additional parking along the side of the restaurant.

Plenty of seating and rarely if ever a wait. Not on the 4 years I've been here. Great food, great drinks. Try the jumbo Margarita! If there is possibly any room left over save it for one of the house deserts. I'll definitely be back!Vegetarian options: There are veggie options.....but honestly? I'm a carnivore and all my friends and family are carnivores so i'd tell you if I couldParking: Parking on the side and more at the rear nir there is a TON of free parking on the street and never over parked or short on spotsWheelchair accessibility: Not really a ramp, just a blacktop front that leads in. Plenty of space in the isles for wheelchairs (such as mine) but people are going to have to turn sideways for you.Dietary restrictions: If you need a specific item or special order the staff and owner is more than happy to accommodate you.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Charleston. The queso dip is incredible, and I could ruin my life on the special la casa. It’s so delicious. Takeout is super convenient and easy. Highly recommend.

Always consistently good! Stop by for takeout on Sunday and was not disappointing good food, friendly employees, and fair prices. They even have a little outside seating area now! The food is always fresh and tasty. We’re not very adventurous, I’m almost always get a combination dinner, and the chips and salsa are the best around. Really cold beer!

Stopped in yesterday with my girlfriend to get some lunch, waiter was polite and courteous. We ordered the large queso cheese dip to go with our starter chips. my meal was 13.00 and my girlfriends was about the same. Once we got the bill and he rang us up, something was off. $47.00 for a steak burrito, 2 sweet teas, a "large" cheese dip and 2 a la carte chicken quesadillas? Hmm.. Normally I don't care about the cost of meals, I 've been working from home and door dashing often so I'm used to larger bills. What rubbed me wrong, is the individual who was at the cash register. I asked why our bill was so high for what should have been ~35.00 before tax but was told that the large queso is actually two orders of dip? This being our first time here, I did find it weird we got two bowls of cheese dip but I figured maybe they were just splitting it between us but nah, it was something like $10 for the cheese dip. I told him the waiter said "large" not "two orders" and he said I should have declined the 2nd cheese dip when they brought both to the table.Tipped the waiter for doing his job, but won't be back after the cashier told me to get stuffed. Bad first time experience and a sour taste in my mouth of feeling like I paid for someone else's bill.
