Your typical McDonald's experience. Way to much salt on the fries. Missed my son's drink and dip for nuggets.Had to ask for ketchup because dispensers were empty. When I mentioned the dispensers the staff member just grumbled that the thing was too tedious to fill

I can't remember ever being in a restaurant where there were gnats. it was hard for me to enjoy my meal because of the gnats. also the cheese on my sandwich wasn't melted, it was cool. it never did melt and it makes me wonder if the meat was even cooked the way it should have been. I don't plan on ever going here again. the staff is friendly and there is plenty of free parking.
Went to the 6400 Sissonville RD McDonald's today around 6 sat in the drive through on the left drive thru order intercom for 10 mins as I watched 3 other orders been taken before ours....by the time they got to a 4th order (this was the car behind be got tired of waiting and changed to the other order-lane in a new KIA) I proceed to drive to the drive thru window to give them my Mobile order number myself and they gave me some excuse that the drive thru girl was having a bad day and that they didn't have the MANPOWER to man the lane i was in????? What kind of service is that i can understand being shorthand but have you heard of rotating order lanes in the order the car shows up because they obviously didn't know what that meant????? Seriously tho takes 2 seconds to take a mobile order code that my wife ordered FROM HOME but i guess they were more worried about the people that came after us in the drive thru to check what we needed.

I used to believe this was one of the better McDonald's in the Kanawha County area but the past few trips have changed my mind. On 10/03/23 I was needing a restroom so I stopped. The bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor, toilets weren't flushed and by the looks of the bathroom it had been several hours since it was last cleaned. After the restroom I decided to grab a chicken sandwich and a bottle of water. The receipt says I placed my order at 6:03pm. I didn't have my food in hand until 6:22pm. I finally spoke up after waiting ten minutes only to have the manager yell, yes she yelled at me that the chicken sandwiches take 8 minutes to cook. I would have had my food quicker by going through the drive-thru. Her attitude and the way she was speaking to her employees will keep me from stopping there again.
