As with any Panera I enjoy the healthy food at reasonable prices. Coming off the interstate looking for lunch I found it hard to find parking. No in-person dining, but they have a few tables out in the mall where you can eat your carryout food

My Wife and I were on a road trip in our Tesla. We had to stop and charge in Charleston, WV. We decided to pickup some food from Panera and eat it in our car while we were waiting for it to charge. We called in our order from the road about 25 minutes before we were to arrive. Right after our order was confirmed the traffic on I-64 came to a stop. There had been a major accident somewhere ahead of us. We ended up sitting for over 1 and 1/2 hours. When we finally got to Panera to pickup our order I asked if they might warm them up a little. However, they did better that that, they completely remade our order at no charge! That was so appreciated! The manager went over and above in there customer service. Thank You!!

Made a huge box lunch order, Brittany was so helpful and overly accommodating with our many requests! Polite, professional and perfectly on time!

Long wait time on curbside order, called restaurant to check on order and employee that answered the phone was very rude. When I asked to speak with management about the issues I was told that neither one that was working was available to come to the phone. Since this wasn’t the first I’ve had the issue with extremely long wait times on curbside orders, I called corporate and asked that management contact me and was told I should hear from them within 3-5 business days.. that was April 10th, no call

Friendly hard working team is what makes this Panera Bread the place to be. Great quality food in a friendly environment.

Randomly closes early. Not advertised anywhere. Wasted a trip just to see them closed at 1:30 on a Wednesday. Closed at 2 the day before.

The person fixing our food seen that we had our hands full and was so nice offering to help us take it to the table. I appreciated that. To me she went above and beyond.

Bright, clean and well managed. Prompt and pleasant service. The chicken noodle soup, Asian salad and Steak and cheese sandwich were excellent.

I was in town for work and ate here 3 days in a row to augment food I brought with me. Each day I got soup and salad. Each day I ordered and picked up to go. Day 1: no salad dressing included. Order wasn't at the pickup spot and I waited for an extra 10 mins. Manager said it was because a ladder was in her way of bringing me the food. Day 2: food was on point. Order wasn't at the pickup spot because manager said she "was on her way". I showed up 15 mins past my pickup time btw. Day 3: forgot to give me a fork. I ordered in the restaurant. Lady didn't bother to ask what side I wanted with salad. They gave me bread. I asked for chips at the pickup counter and the worker obliged. So overall: a resounding meh. But it's West Virginia. During Covid. Next to a dying mall.

My wife stopped at Panera Bread to get a quick lunch. When she got back to her office, the soup was watery and the chicken salad sandwich had pink chicken. She ended up tossing the food.

Panera bread. Well it helps get you by the day without spending a ton or having to opt for fast food. The bread is the best part. Salads are okay. Soups are quite salty. Not much taste to most of the food if you are a foodie, your taste buds won't be satisfied. However if you are simply trying to stop your hunger in the middle of work, this place can get you by.

We walked 5 blocks southeast to this restaurant with an outdoor patio, opposite the Coliseum at the Town Center Mall entrance. All set up with distance markers, masked crew and plastic separations for payment transactions. Our order was processed, noted on a screen with my name and I was called for quick takeout: a large Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad for $11.34.

Quality food, I love the Tortellini Alfredo, but consistent ordering problems, and not just this location. Went in right at opening, ordered a few breakfast items, waited a good 20 minutes to hear they had run out of several. How does that happen first thing in the morning? Picked other, found more items not in stock, (Ok, Covid issues, but take it off the menu?) then just picked anything and waited again. Staff friendly but had very little hustle to get the operation moving or efficient. When it works it works, but I have found I just don't choose Panera anymore.
