My order was delivered totally destroyed, my pizza was all smashed in the box like a child was carrying it or it was drop, the cheese was in top of the box. Really disappointed ☹️ and I have pictures to prove it

So we stop by on a holiday and understand that they would be busy, no big deal. We ask about specials that they are running, which were several to choose from. We ordered one of the specials and add appetizer to the order. So our total was $55, the special we ordered was supposed to be $22, there's no way an order of cheese bread is $30. Didn't realize the total amount until we were home and I checked my account, no receipt was given.

Typical Papa John's with delicious cheese or pepperoni pizza. We get it with the cheese stuffed crust. There's other toppings available also. We order the very tender chicken bites with dipping sauce also. They are soooo good!Parking is right outside. Service is exemplary and friendly.We love their pizza's. If you haven't had PJ yet, you've got to try it. We like it as the best of all the big chain pizzerias.

Ordered a Supreme and pasta, got a meat lovers pizza(nasty), and the Supreme had green peppers and ham. Also nasty and burnt. Paid 35 dollars. And Dinsmore get a pasta. They don't have them and never told us that.. rude, expensive, nasty, filthy inside. We threw the order away.

I used to love Papa John's Pizza. I was very disappointed the last two times that I visited Papa John on Patrick Street with the quality of the food and the service.
Placed an order, asked for wings to be ran thru 4x. The manager said sure we'll make those well done. Got the wings, slimy. Called back the y hung up on my wife three times, said they had already refunded the money,they never refunded anything, the manager said his employees were misinformed. My wife left a review on a local review page. Their employee called my wife a liar and said we got our money back and wanted food replaced. I would never do that. Called again the manager said they were REFUNDING the money, never received it. This situation was handled extremely poorly and I'll never give them my money again. They're liars, the teach their employees to hang up on you. He had 15 excuses as to why my food wasn't replaced or my money replaced.

I ordered from here. The service was terrible. The delivery driver was rude and our food was cold. I do not recommend coming to this place go spend your money somewhere else because this is not the place.
