I am absolutely LIVID!! I was with my volleyball team and we all wanted to get Penn station after our long, hard-fought match, but to my utter shock and dismay, once we entered the Penn Station they refused our service immediately!!!???? He gave no good reason why our team couldn't order, besides "being understaffed." Penn Station needs to do better! ONE STAR.

The meat on the club sandwich was very skimpy. Despite asking for fresh, hot fries, they were lukewarm. They were crisp with a good flavor, however.I've had better at this location. Hope it was a fluke.

I got the chicken cordon blue and fries. It was perfectly made and tasted delightful. The staff was awesome, and they all worked well together. The manager was training a new recruit, and he was teaching and telling the new guy what to do. It was good to see that. Penn Station is our goto lunch spot when we are in Charleston, WV. Please keep up the awesome work.

Clean restaurant but staff, is rude or in bad mood most of the time. I try to call in orders but they rarely pick up or the phone is busy. They could use a visit from a corporate trainer. Call in orders are the worst. It's like they hired people working for the Airlines. Food is usually good but the people hate their jobs.
Awwww man what an awful experience. The cashier Izzy was soooo rude. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing her that we were there. The subs were very good and the fries were top notch but will never go back. First bad review I've ever written. It was that bad.

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone! I ordered a salad and when they brought my salad to our table I asked for a fork. She very rudely told me they didn’t have any forks. I asked how I was supposed to eat my salad and she says I don’t know figure it out and walks away. My mother in law walks up to the register and they are all talking about us. They said they didn’t have any forks but offered to make me a sandwhich so I told the guy what sandwich I wanted. While sitting at the table waiting for my sandwhich the woman came over and threw a fork down on the table and said there ya go I had to dig deep for this. The staff was so rude and the food was not good at all!
Of sub places, this one ranks right up there for national chains. Of course, homemade is always the best. But Penn Station uses quality ingredients to put together a tasty sammy/sub. I like how you can customize his you want it prepared and watch as it gets ready for your taste buds. Oh, their cut fries are some of the best out there. Personally, I like them better than McDonald's fries. I like Penn Station at least once a month. Try it; you won't be disappointed!
