They're only two good starbuckses in this County. and this is one of them Highly professional nice and never will give you any kind of problems. This Starbucks should be a example of how you do business. The Starbucks down the road literally complete opposite. How this Starbucks is not a five-star yet is surprising.

I usually have no problem with starbucks but i went today and probably won’t go back to this location . first of all it was hard to get the workers’ attention to order and when we finally did the employee who served us had a stank attitude . so after we ordered , my friends drink came out , we waited about 15 minutes before i asked about my drink . they ended up making it but when i got it , it looked poorly done . so i asked them to remake it , kindly , and when she handed it to me explained that she was already supposed to be clocked out and just made my drink to be nice .

So... three people working, one person in line, not counting the drive-through window but I waited. No eye contact. I told the order taker with NO whipcream. I always am worried that they won't notice the no-whip so I told the guy who was making drinks. When I got my drink, I looked inside and surprise surprise. Whip cream. Yes, it pissed me off. It's not that I don't like whipped cream. I can take it or leave it but I did not want it. I dont need the extra sugar. So I stood in line again. By the way, no one that works there can make eye contact. I mean a customer standing with a hot drink in their hand might want to be noticed before taking the orders of the other people in line. Anyway, they offered to give me a new drink. I didn't want to wait. And I did not want to waste. So I kept my drink. But I'm mad at myself. I should've got a new drink.

Love it. I have been going to different Starbucks shops for awhile now and have never been disappointed. People say its expensive, but the amount and the quality you get is worth it in my opinion.

Love this location!Kid-friendliness: Savannah, the store manager, loves kids and is always so sweet to my daughter and greets her by name. We love coming here for cake pops!

I usually have great service but Friday was the worst experience I have ever had there! I went through the drive thru ordered a pink drink no ice I get to the window and payed! He gave me my drink and it wasn’t mixed at all juice on bottom milk on top, so I asked him can you please mix this for me. He turns to the girl that made it and says she wants this mixed and she comes to the window and was very rude screaming you can’t mix it if you don’t get ice and I’m not getting it all over me you should have got ice! I said I get this all the time and it’s always mixed well they gave it back to me and she starts flipping out to all the workers and customers talking about me very rudely! So I asked him what is her name he turns to her and asked her like he didn’t know it and she says Amy! Not sure if she was new or if they just made a name up! Then I asked him Is she flipping out to everyone about me and he said yes bc you asked what her name was. By far the worst experience and zero customer service it was like I was bothering them by asking for assistance! She needs to be fired!
