The two female employees need to listen to the customer and not each other's socializing and foolish carrying on. Had to say things repeatedly. Asked for banana pepper rings and she squeezed peppercorn ranch all over the sandwich - focusing on the job is a lost trait. We had 4 sandwiches, requested the same bread but we ended up with 2 different breads. The price vs the quality does not justify a revisit.

I ordered the #11at the St.Albans location and expected to get the items as described on the menu. There were no tomatoes, lettuce or onions.It was a very dry sandwich. The service was extremely slow even though they weren't busy. IF I ever go back to any Subway I will check the sandwich before I leave the store. $11.50 is way to much money NOT to get what you order.I didn't put the date because it shouldn't matter when they messed up my order.The girl that waited on me was nice but you need to educate your employees.

they gave me my friends ham and gave her my turkey. they gave us both the wrong bread and cheese. mine had no mayo. when i went back one of the employees seemed extremely irritated, and still gave me the wrong sub the second time. i was very polite and wasn't upset that they messed it up, but their response was nothing but rude.

I ordered a sub without onions. They made the sub with onions, and the one guy that handed me the sub tried to argue with me that I never told them no onions like who does that I just can’t believe the people that work in these food establishments

I ordered on my app and then proceeded inside to make sure they made my order correctly. They were busy but seemed very eager not to mess up my order. But they did. I do not understand why every time I order the Boss no one puts the mozzarella on it. Unreal. I also wanted my extra meet and cheese on the turkey sub on the side...nope. My first time at this one.I just want my order made correct once.
