I would not recommend this place to anyone at any time. The food was terrible and I could not even eat it but lettuce was wilted. The food on gone I could not consume because of the wilted lettuce. Although I really enjoy food from this chain, I cannot recommend this location with a clear conscience.

They got our order wrong; the employee was not good at answering menu questions. A substitute is an even exchange everywhere else; here, you pay more - we said that is not a substitute for the item on the menu board with the listed price. Our bill was 2.5X what we thought as a result; the employee turned into a jerk; the witch manager came over, raising her voice, accusing us of berating employee just for explaining what "substitute" means. Then a table of about 10-12 employees ganged up, yelling out to us, became a bit of a mob. We were about to leave when the The Witch made a big show about getting us to leave, the employees were rudely laughing at us, and we were ecstatic to find a wonderful & sweet Wendy's employee who answered our menu questions easily and fully. We have told this to our reporter daughter, who will never go to that awful taco bell again where the employees act like a mob in the slums.

There is nothing… NOTHING… that this Taco Bell location does well. Every time I go here, something has been extremely disappointing, or flat out wrong. First off, this store skimps on every single item they sell. From ordinary tacos to nachos bell grandes, they skimp on everything. Even if you order extra whatever, it’s still skimpy. Then their order accuracy is always a toss up. Two of the last five times, I left the drive thru missing an item. Then, it’s also a toss up when you place an order and have a request (like extra beef, or no beans). And when you go inside, everything is dirty, sticky, and the straws/lids/condiments aren’t properly stocked. When you order anything that involves regular taco shells, the beef is always so greasy or watery that it saturates the taco shell and causes the bottom of the taco to fall out. I grew up in KC, so I’ve been to this location hundreds of times over the years. It used to be a decent location, but those days are long gone. I literally drive 5-10 mins past this store, and go to another location. I’d be utterly embarrassed if I was the GM or or district manager. ??♂️

Horrible service, asked if they took certain payment type they said yes, placed big order and got to window to be told they did not, under trained and then was told I'm holding up drive thru so I left. They don't care if you continue there recommend going to one on East end.
Terrible. Have gone to this location for many years. Never again. I don't eat beef, never have. I love Taco Bell for the ability to get bean substitutes on most things. Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch, beans no beef. After taking my second bite, I noticed something tasted off. Looked down only to discover beef lining the bottom of the taco shell. I almost puked. To be that lazy and carless is just sad. Didn't have time to go back because I'm a teacher and had only a few minutes for lunch. ruined my day. money wasted. I tried calling as well, just to let them know their line cook was doing this, but no answer. What if I had a beef allergy? then it'd be a lawsuit. My only option is to never give that location my business again. I see other terrible reviews about this location so clearly management needs to change.

Poor management. Extremely poor. Family oriented so, literally, if you’re not family you mean nothing. They use workers for speed and accuracy and refuse promotions, unless you’re family. If your late and you’re related that’s ok, life happens. If you’re late and you’re just their “strongest food champion” you’ll have your hours cut the following schedule. Cleanliness? Bring your own essentials unless you’re not thrilled to have someone making your food in the same gloves they ate and smoked cigs in. Find food elsewhere I highly do not recommend working or eating here

It was already a remake order to begin with. The very first meal I ordered was so messed up I didn't recognize it.The supposed back remake order was also a tragedy! The workers complained about it and then rushed the entire process to make another order that was also unrecognizable. I quit. Give up. No more food from there.

The Nachos Bell Grande is still good. Overall, not a bad experience. Was waited on promptly and food was prepared quickly.
