I ordered the Philly cheese steak wrap and onion rings. I was delicious and highly recommend! Service was great, but it did take a while to get our food. I wasn't in a hurry and could tell it was likely because of how fresh and homemade my food tasted. The only negative thing for me was how loud it was and I had difficulty hearing the others at my table. I will be going back again soon to try something else new and will try sitting outside.

Apparently reserving this place is unheard of. You can call them, they will answer, they will let you plan and help you plan your party, just for you to show up with a lot of people and realize that they don't care and will give you attitude because you expect your agreement would be made. I cant stand their attitudes, we don't need to hear how you'll fire someone or how irritated you are with the situation. I promise we were also irritated we didnt get what you helped us organise. They will slam the door in your face because everyone here seems like they are having a bad day. This was all noticed before we even sat down. I'll give an update because now looking at the reviews I'm sure there will be more of an adventure here.#1 edit. We sat down. Half our group showed up. Apparently we aren't allowed to order for another hour. So we have to wait for a whole hour until we are able to even order our food. So, I'll probably guess and say we aren't getting any food tonight.#2 edit. Appetizers were provided and taste well. They were provided minutes after my first edit. Fried pepperoni rolls were good, very good. Attitudes have changed, I'm assuming management found their mistake#3 edit. All the food came out, very good food. I enjoyed the nights. Attitudes have changed and we all actually felt welcomed here, after an hour, but still changed. We were thankful for fixing your mistake. Still a mistake, but it was fixed.

Horrible wait time on food. When server was asked to check on nachos advised "kitchen is swamped with to go orders". So they make customers sitting there wait.... nachos had ZERO taste once they finally arrived and were quite disappointing to all 4 of us. Thankfully the entrées were MUCH better and not a further let down. Were ready to go more than 10 minutes but again left waiting for server to get the bill and a box. Service needs improvement. We won't be back.

My 1st experience with The Bucket, and probably my last! Ordered curbside pickup. Waited 10 minutes in my car for order to be brought out, then had to call and see if it was ready like my text said it was. They said to give them 5-10 minutes and someone will bring my order out to the car. After waiting again with no order still, I go inside to ask about my order and was told it would still be a few minutes. That few minutes turned into a total of 45 minutes. When I finally got my order and got home, my wings were burnt and dry, and I paid $5 for 3 little onion rings. I was very upset after waiting all that time for an order that I was very disappointed in.
Terrible. We were there for over 2 hours and I never did even get my food. I finally told them to cancel it. We were there for.a birthday. We will never go back..

Came here to grab a quick lunch with family. It took several minutes for someone to come by and even say hello to us and get us drinks. She then left while we were figuring out our order. (Which didn’t take long) We continued to set there for over 25 minutes before she came back and asked if we were doing ok. No? We aren’t ok? We have menus obviously sitting here and have been waiting for you to come back over 25 minutes. You looked right at us several times and walked by. They were barely busy at all and she spent a lot of the 25 minutes goofing off with other servers near the bar area. We ended up asking for our checks for our drinks because at that point we were in a hurry to get to our son’s game. She brings the receipt and pen and then says “It’s ok, I don’t expect a tip.” What a terrible experience and a waste of our time. We were looking forward to trying the food but based on the terrible service and rudeness of the staff, never going to happen. The person at the Taco Bell window we ended up having to stop at was more friendly and attentive to us. Seems like this place could be a nice spot but the staff has deterred us from ever finding that out for sure.

Really enjoyed our meal here. Smoked chicken wings were really smokey, but I loved the lemon-pepper dry rub! Fries were excellent; batter dip was crisp! Sandwich was also pretty darn good, but the start of the show was the deep fried pepperoni roll!! You should go there just to try this. Our server Darryl was top-notch. Can't wait to go back.

Appeared very unorganized, logistically speaking you sit where you like and hope your waiter/waitress assigned finds you. Extremely disappointing as friends had talked up the pizza rolls and everything, at least the pictures, looked amazing. But we will never know...waited 15 minutes for no one to wait on us. Staff tried to as we were leaving, but all confidence was lost by that time. I'd like to eat dinner today, not a meal the following day. What could have been....
