Routinely poor servers/service on weekends. The food is pretty good but takes a long time to come out. I wouldn’t really recommend it, nothing terrible but not good either.

First time visiting this place! I have no clue how I hadn’t heard of it, but it’s a hidden gem! The food was incredible, the service was even better! The view blew my mind! It has a view of Charleston that is unlike any other! The atmosphere and service was just incredible. I will be back again! This may be my new favorite spot! Great location for the views and easy access for those who live at Eagle View! I especially enjoy the different events they host, like trivia on Saturdays at 8pm each week! The food is overall good, occasionally you get bumps like undercooked fries but nothing ever enough to ruin a meal. I wish they were open earlier in the day but I understand if the demand isn't there.

You know the saying, Out of Sight, Out of Mind? Well The Lookout Bar & Grill comes to mind! This is a great place for a quiet and relaxing dinner. Plus, you can't forget the spectacular view of the Kanawha Valley. My wife and I go there at least a couple times a month. The food and the service is awesome! I suggest to you??? Is to try it! You want be disappointed!

The food and location was amazing but our server was not happy to be there very slow asked for refills took forever ask for Togo boxes she brought 1 asked for ketchup was done with the fries before she returnedWe will return but but hope for a better service

Was visiting Charleston for a few days and wanted to discover local spots, started looking for nice views and this one came up. It's amazing to find out where is located. We wanted to seat in the patio to enjoy the sunset but tables were not available. Then one came available in the patio but not sunset view... Yet. We moved, order drinks and saw a sunset table was available and asked the million dollar question.... And the answer was yes we can move you. There you see they are very friendly and care for their guests. The food was phenomenal! Got salmon, tuna and even desert! Everything was very well portioned and tasted great. Definitely will be suggesting it to friends heading to Charleston. Thank you all for everything.

First time at this restaurant. I heard the food was good, but pricey, so I decided to have a birthday dinner with my close friends. My party of 10 was greeted with a nice server. Idk her name, but she was African American with short blonde hair. She took care and brought our drinks alcoholic/non alcoholic to us in a timely manner. Appetizers were mediocre for the price but where decent. Took a long time for the main entrées after we ordered. The kicker to this review was my summer salad w/ salmon. I take a few bites and as I take what will be the last bite a MOTH crawls out of my bowl. A MOTH!!!!! I put a napkin over it immediately! Take to our server and she says it must have came from outside. No it came out of my salad. She reported it to the manager and kitchen staff who laughed. I know bc I had to go outside to calm myself down. Our server asked me would I like something else? I quickly responded "the check"! They comped my salad....THANKS Needless to day we will not return. That's horrible bc we eat out A LOT! I do not recommend this place to anyone, but the residents of Eagleview bc they are the ones who had the best service that I seen. I give this place a 2 star rating only bc I like the server's attitude. Other than that do not go unless you want to see a great view!
