John the GM was very aggressive and disrespectful to a customer over a military discount .I simply didn't like his attitude and I never will go back there until the company address the issue of the staff lying and being disrespectful

They never give you the sauce you ask for and they don’t know how to make the sandwich’s on the menu it’s a poor restaurant would not recommend. working at Wendy’s & not being able to do ur job right

Just ordered though the app. When we get there with our children we are told several items are unavailable. Including any kind of soda. When asked about a refund we are told to go to customer service. No offer to replace anything. Got home to find out the burgers were complete red. Uncooked!!!!! This used to be the good Wendy’s. It’s terrible these days. Stay away!!!

The appearance of this location is drab.My order was the biggie bag and a chocolate frosty only because they were out if chili. Chili is what I wanted but it may have been cold to.I started eating before leaving the parking lot yet my fries were cold , my nuggets cold, burger cold and I mean all was cold. Not Luke warm cold. As for the frosty, well she showed me the frosty and said it's more like a shake, no mam that looks like chocolate milk. She made several attempts to get me to accept a pumpkin frosty instead. I don’t like pumpkin. It took a few minutes but I was refun for the frosty I would not accept.The reason I didn't go inside to complain is because I feared anything after a complaint would have been tampered with.Had been traveling for days.Don't eat there

Went thru drive thru ordered chili with cheese and a sour cream chives and shredded cheese baked potato with daves single combo and baconator combo spent almost over 30$ they didn't put cheese on my chili or sour cream/cheese on my potato just chives and potato they were rude then I had to come back thru to get a fork bc they didn't give me one they gave me a fork we are in the parking lot then my boyfriend wanted nuggets so I decided well I'll get my cheese too and then the worker said we were trying to get a free cup of shredded cheese after spending over 30$ because he asked at the window and never even said anything about it and was expecting to pay for the cheese anyway. Never going here again

The Wendy’s at 4141 Robert C Byrd Dr on 9 26 2023 at 3:10 Pm my wife ordered the $5.00 biggie bag with Minute Maid lemonade and senior coffee the waitress gave us our order with no smile and like we were bothering her and she thanks we pulled out I looked in bag it was a large fry we got our drinks so we pulled to the side and I went in and asked for the manager I didn’t get his name I showed him our receipt he took it and in couple of minutes put the food on the counter he said have a good I said we got our drinks he nodded his head that was it i didn’t return the fries I felt we deserved them for our treatment. I feel we should have gotten an apology for our experience I don’t think I’ll come back to this one look at the footage please see what you think if it really matters see if I am misgudging this please reply
