Waited in drive thru forever, was 2 vehicles in front of me, waited behind them for close to 30 minutes. Boy taking the orders was telling everybody he would be with them shortly, and 10 minutes later he would take the order. I thought maybe the poor boy was working by himself, because there was only 1 car in the whole parking lot (front and back) as me and my son sit there, we noticed another car pull in the parking lot, jokingly I told my son hopefully it’s somebody that works there, go and behold it was, not just an employee but the manager on duty!!! This was at 8:30 at night, so you know she wasn’t just getting to work that late when they close at 9:30. I’m not sure where she went, but that’s ridiculous that she even left. Anyway, when I finally arrived at the window to get my food (which was a $50 dollar family meal) the boy at the window asked me what sauces I wanted, so I told him, tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. So when I get home and unpackaged my food, there was no tartar or cocktail sauce, but instead 5 malt vinegar that I did not want. I’m done with them!!! I own a small restaurant and I know it’s hard to find good help but this is getting old with them. There has been several times I have tried to call to place an order, and not 1 time have they ever answered the phone. Tried to order on line but they don’t take cash, which is all I use. By the way the food was terrible!!! All the food was very greasy and you could tell the fryer oil was old and needed to be changed.

If not for the manager, I'd probably give this place a two. Location looks a little run-down and could make do with slight renovations. Food was amazing, but almost held up for the drive-thru/Doordash. Manager on duty told their employees to hold food for the people who were physically at the location waiting. Kind of confused me why a takeout gets priority over dine-in but thought less of it. Cheers Renae :)

There was no indication that A&W was closed on Google. Wasted a trip going there to find that the building was quite gross. Went to a different place instead.

We are door dashers and the online says they close at 9:30 however one of our customers had ordered his food and could not get what he order because they had shut their grill down at around 8:30 we were there to pick up they order and the grill was already turned off so our door dash customer had to substitute basically his whole order now mind you this is only going on 8:30 when the grill is already down but they don't close until 9:30 from what it says. So what is the deal with long John silvers?

Found out today when I went to lunch that A&W is no longer be served there. I have another place to get food.
Service was horrible would not recommend took me over half an hr to get a root beer float they have signs advertising for the A&W jug didn’t have food was ok popcorn shrimp the worst thing ever cold and tasted bad burger was good fish tacos looks like they just slaped a tortilla

My popcorn shrimp did not have shrimp in it.. just bread and was cold. My boyfriend did not get his root beer float he ordered the whole half hour we were eating.

It was a nice lunch with my hubby. Wish it was a little brighter but it wasn't bad.Parking: It is easier to get to if you go through the Sam's club parking lot and turn into Michaels parking lot then trying to pull into long johns on Emily Dr.
