Customer Service was not welcoming, seemed as I was a bother. Staff barely said any words. The chicken nuggets were undercooked, the fries were over cooked. I definitely will not be returning.

I typically get hotcakes for breakfast along with a large Caramel Frappe with extra caramel and an extra shot of Expresso. I eat breakfast there at least 3 times a week. For lunch, I get a 2 Cheeseburgers with just ketchup, Fries, and either a Coke or another

Ordering from the mobile app was easy. The discount on the app was a big plus. The time I spent waiting for my order was ridiculous. I spent over 15-20 minutes waiting for my order. I would definitely recommend ordering from a different McDonald'

The staff at this McDonald's is horrible to their customer's. If you dine in be prepared for the staff to be totally rude to you and they don't like to attend to their customer's. As in taking the customers orders or getting something the customer needs. They don't keep up with their dining room cleanliness the bathrooms are normally disgustingly dirty. I have witnessed the staff stereotyping the customers and if they think you are a "backpacker" aka homeless they are so rude and mean an almost refuse to wait on them.
They did not fill the cup up with ice and was being lazy a did not give us ice and the cup was not even half way full Clarksburg West Virginia

I've frequented this store a lot lately and I've noticed how clean it is and how quickly they get the orders out...but, the lunch I picked up today was a 20 piece chicken nuggets and basket of fries. I usually have cheese sauce for the fries, but not today...plus one 10 piece was really old and dry. Complete shock since I put in a good word with the district manager on the timeliness of the employees.

Loved the young lady who took our order.She was patient with me and with my family.Our food was fresh and super good. Also, my boyfriend would recommend the rib sandwich at McDonald's.Kid-friendliness: Very kind, sweet, and patient with my children.
