Delicious food for great prices, there's something for everyone on their menu. The tres leches cake is to die for, I've had a few flavors, but the chocolate peanut butter is amazing!

OMG! U MUST try the ramp chorizo quesadilla and carnitas nachos during ramp season. They have so many flavors of home made tres leches!! And they have excellent coffee served inside during the day!! Great place to go!!

So my friend invited me to one of her favorite places to eat and I am so glad she did. I lived amongst the Latin and Hispanic community for almost 12 years. God-Mother of 3 Guatemalan and Mexican mixed children, with a slew of Puerto Rican friends as well. I say this to say, "I know Spanish food!" I've learned firsthand and can make some pretty mean and spicy dishes. This place is great! It's real and true to its roots. Great place for kids, family, couples and friends. Every Wednesday, at 7pm, they are now doing trivia and though I didn't play, I got enough correct answers that I would have won a gift card. Hint: bring your co-workers out and have a friendly competition on Wednesdays. It will break the monotony of the workplace. *smile* Got to meet (and take a quick snap) with the co-owner (wifey owns other half and she had already gone for the night) Very rarely do I rate something high, but Taqueria Lou Lou is deserving and I will stop by again the next time I travel to West Virginia.

Really good food, unfortunately the service was slow and the tables had a layer of grime on them upon closer inspection. The margheritas that we ordered came out after the food too which was annoying to say the least.

great people. love the food. that three milk cake is a definite must have. looking forward to my tamales next week.

First time we’d tried this place. We got the nachos and they were delicious. Loved that they had beef and chicken on them. Wish they’d came with guacamole, I love it but that is the only thing missing. We also got the fried ice cream and it was very good too. Then I saw they do cakes also. I plan to order one for next week for a birthday. I hope to go back to try the morning baked foods.

Friendly service and so welcoming. This was our first time there and definitely will not be our last. Now one of our favorites!!

Great food , I'd rate it up there with Mr Taco as far as the serving size and quality. The service was good and the people were friendly. I'll go back here before I go to another big name Mexican joint.

Great atmosphere and wonderful service. Packed our cake to go with care since it's too big for the box.

Always a culinary delight for the palate! Servers, Bobbi & Susie are personable & friendly while being quite efficient in serving their customers. I return on a weekly basis & have a most enjoyable dining experience every time. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

I really love this place but lately we've had such poorly prepared food I think I'll go elsewhere next time we want Mexican. Whoever you hired to run your kitchen is lazy. Our last meal we ordered bean dip to start the kitchen sent out a bowl of cheese with a scoop of beans in it, more cheese then beans and not mixed, my wife's California burritos fell apart while trying to eat it because your staff didn't cook the tortilla like it normally comes, my enchiladas were meat rolled in a dry tortillas and sauced spooned over it.. Half the tortillas were bare and not sauced.. I mean come on, I'm white and when I make enchiladas even I soak my tortillas in sauce before rolling them up.. If you were slammed I would understand but we were 1 of 3 tables in there, our food came out in 6 minutes, next time take the extra minute to prepare the food better. Also it's disappointing you have no real cheese in any of your dishes, just processed white nacho cheese on everything.. You guys used to be amazing, we'll give you a try after a few months of eating Mexican food elsewhere, but if it's the same food prepared with no love or care for your customers it will be our last. Great margaritas though, 3 stars is an honest review for what's now coming out of your kitchen.

After being disappointed recently with other Mexican restaurants in the area, we decided to try out this new (to us) restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was great, hot and cooked exactly as we ordered. The service from the staff was great, our waiter was very kind and attentive. This will definitely be our new spot! The only improvement I could suggest would be adding what extras comes in certain dishes onto the menu, my fiancé didn’t know that his dish would have onions & spinach (we’re picky) but it wasn’t a big deal at all. All in all, I recommend this place over other choices in the area.

This place may not scream upscale but it's a terrific little spot in town. My wife and I come here often, the food is really good, and the prices are reasonable. Everyone who works here is always very friendly. Only thing keeping me from that 5 stars is the salsa isn't the best I've ever had but if I could do 4.5 stars I would

They have AUTHENTIC Mexican, not just tex-mex even though that's on the menu too. Food is amazing and they have $1 mini taco's on Tuesday that are wonderful.
