Who doesn't love Tony's???? I always tip the girls very very well and they get my ice cream out in to time!! You get what you pay for! That place is always busy, those girls deserve better tips! And deal with rude people!! Leave a good tip, don't have to wait in line to smell someone's sweat for very long sounds like a good compromise to me

Toni’s used to be my all time favorite place to get ice cream. But for the last year, it has been nothing but a disappointment. They are always short staffed and out of raspberry ice cream. We just stopped to get a raspberry milk shake not 20 minutes ago and guess what….. out of raspberry, it was either chocolate or vanilla. We chose chocolate and it was spoiled!! Had to throw them away……very disappointed!!! I believe this was our last trip to Toni’s.

We will no longer be supporting this establishment. This evening, we wasted $9 on two hot fudge sundaes that had five ounces of ice cream and two teaspoons of hot fudge, each. They were microscopic, compared to what they used to be. We were shocked at what we received for the price we paid. At one time, Toni's was legendary for their large sundaes filled with whipped cream, toppings and ice cream. They have become greedy, and it shows.

I’ve loved Toni’s since I found it after moving here in 2018. However the last few weeks have been awful. The first 2 times this summer I went I ended up leaving because of the wait. The first time I stood in line at least 45 minutes and was still 3 people back when I decided just to go. The second time we didn’t even try to get into the parking lot.I went a few weeks ago, the chocolate soft serve wasn’t working so I ended up ordering vanilla, but about 10 minutes later saw them using the chocolate and they said it was working then so I ended up getting a second cone. Went back a few days later, chocolate wasn’t working.Stopped in about a week ago, chocolate was working, there was no wait or anything so that was awesome.Went back this evening, they said they were out of chocolate, vanilla and hot food.. so not really sure what they had at that point. The inconsistency is just extremely frustrating.
I got a flurry and had styrofoam in it I got to eat almost half before I found it I don't want my money back and I more than likely will be back I just think they should have through it out and started again and maybe not mix it in the styrofoam cup th

So disappointing! They only had vanilla ice cream....we waited 40 min in the drive thru knowing that....them they say they have no HOT fudge and no rainbow sprinkles! We will not be going back. Sad. Used to be our favorite place! ?

Out of the ingredients most wanted when visiting Toni's and line was ungodly slow. Served drive thru faster than people standing in line for 20 minutes. Even cheaped out on the raspberry soft serve mix, giving us maybe 1/4 of the cone. Quantity was still ok except for kid cones are super small now. We spent $14 on 2 medium cones and 2 smalls. We were only fourth in line and still had about 50 minutes from arrival to get our order of four cones. When we left the line was wrapped around and people started leaving from the wait. They needed more help and more quantities of what people want!

Waited in line for 45 minutes even though there were only a few vehicles ahead of us. When we finally ordered, they were out of butterscotch and crunch coat. The lady was extremely rude and overcharged me by almost four dollars.

Horrible service. ALWAYS out of most everything. A rather large menu, however you are not able to purchase most of the items because they are ALWAYS out of most everything or their machinery is not working. This is not only a disappointment in the community, it is a Horrible reflection on the proprietors of this business! Did I forget to mention that they are always out of the ingredients necessary for most items on their menu? And did I forget to mention that they could care less whether the customer is satisfied or not? We'll not waste my time going there again. They truly don't even deserve one star.
