Hour late for my order today. Last October ordered four pizzas they gave me one and three empty boxes. Called them and the manager said there’s nothing he can do…understaffed more like inconsiderate! If you want wings or Pizza hit any of the other 5 pizza places in cross lanes. Trust me they’ll have more compassion than this place.

Got hung up on twice, finally ordered, 45 minutes later when I checked on order, they "didn't have the supplies for a New York Style Pizza"

Not only did they not give me the correct order they also charged my card an extra 10 dollars I spoke to a manager she claims I didn’t even order from there spoke to another manager he seen where I ordered and offered to replace the pizza but did not acknowledge the fact that 10 extra dollars was stolen from me via their company I then asked for my money back he proceeds to tell me he has to talk to yet again another manager they have to approve the refund but it would take over a month to come back to me

They were closing but he still made my food and gave me a drink while I waited my food was hot and Great it was this past Saturday night so give that crew a day off with pay and stoor was clean ..thanks pizza hut!!

Staff isn't customer oriented but no problems, just not acknowledged due to other more important things to attend too. Good food, plenty of parking, and seating also just a few miles from interstate. I wouldn't eat in at this location but it is acceptable to.

Customer service negative 5! We ordered here probably twice a week. Last night before closing I ordered two pizzas. They came complete wrong. Wrong sauce amd wrong meats. The wings were boneless and not bone in. Only able to eat the one pizza. The rest wasn't edible to me. I didn't call until tonight's since it was too late last night and worked today. I get off late after.a 20hr day at work and go to have it replaced and no?! It's too late? I should have called last night and what left a message!?
