“Nice little place with a very nice atmosphere. I was not completely satisfied with my entreé but the fried pickles and the edamame salad were killer good!! I will definitely try them out again. I hear good things and they seemed a bit understaffed that day. Every place has an off day here and there, so with the total tastiness of the sides and appetizers, I will definitely give them another shot. Perhaps for dinner.“

“I was a little leary. I mean, we were in West Virginia. I am from Southern California. I grew up around Mexican food. When I traveled to a town in Upstate NY,I was really excited to see a Mexican restaurant that had great reviews. The restaurant was packed, and I ordered some of what they highly recommended and were my favorites. “Tucked away in the Daniels/Beaver, WV area, this is a great spot for lunch and dinner. For lunch, I recommend the porketta and you should try the fried pickle appetizers. My favorite appetizer for dinner is the chicken lettuce wrap. Steaks are good and I enjoy the Zesty Pasta Parmesan with chicken. Service is always great!“

“Traveling through the area found Padrinos in a little mall by accident. Talked my wife into getting her favorite dish, Veal Parmesan, she was not disappointed. She rated it a 5. I was looking for just a small portion of food, so I ordered the sausage roll. Sweet Italian Sausage with peppers and onions wrapped in fresh dough. The sausage had just the right taste of fennel and baked nicely. The marinara dipping sauce went very well with this starter. Looks can be deceiving, but the food we had made up for it.“

My husband and I went here for our anniversary yesterday and the cocktails was awesome, great flavors and the cheese curds was delicious must try, everything we had was so flavorful and the portions were more than enough. We'll definitely be back as often as we can! Best place we've been to in years.“

The chef at the restaurant was top-notch… I just moved to NC from the Pacific Northwest and it was the best crab cakes I’ve had since I’ve been on the east coast. Who knew you could find a five star restaurant in a rest area?! Not only were the crabcakes delightful… They were served with roasted potatoes and collard greens done to perfection. With a perfect touch of sunflower micro greens as a garnish, yet delicious. Save room for the delicious ice cream at the stand next to the restaurant. Leslie, all of the staff there were pleasant and professional. Restrooms, nice and clean…. a great stop when you’re on long journey.“

I had a great ribeye that was cooked exactly as ordered. The fried pickles were text-book, and my server was outstanding tonight! My entire meal was under $35 too.“

“Just stopped for a quick lunch on our way home to Ohio. We like to try the mom and pop shops in an area when passing thru. Service was quick. Beth, our waitress, was very nice and attentive. Food was hot and our beers were cold! Nice too that they have a small smoking area outside. Wish we could sit outside at a table with our beers and smoke but we appreciated the area they did allow it! Would definitely stop by again . ?“

“WORDS CANT DESCRIBE HOW HREAT THIS PLACE IS!!!!!!!! It's a very beautiful in dining room area with lots of pretty reds and golds. The workers are unbelievably friendly and helpful, and every time I've gone they've done nothing wrong. The food is very fresh and tasty I recommend the salad with the creamy delicious ginger dressing, the warm cheese wontons, and delicious sweet and sour chicken lunch platter! 10/5“
