I have a complicated relationship with TB. I like the food, but they have a 50% success rate in providing what was ordered and paid for. The hunt is on again for a location with a competent manager & staff. Thanks for the reminder that it's fast food, so we should be grateful that we get anything at all. Do better TB.

worst restaurant in dunbar. workers are very rude and blame customers for their mistakes. they definitely need some customer service training bc accusing your customers for your mistake is wild considering i’m in the car and they’re on the building. very disappointed but i’m not surprised. the management has a poor attitude and work ethic so it’s not surprising the employees do as well. get better soon.
