I went for a Ice Cream Cake and was trying to figure out which ones were what I needed it was the chocolate crunch cake. One of the Ladies helped she was very helpful and nice. Always hot delicious food which is a surprise . Most DQs are horrible. The store has been updated but feels out of date . Customer service was on top of taking care of me . Also unexpected from DQ . In my opinion , they are fading out .

My 8 year old says your place is the best and that nothing is better than dairy queen's gravy and fries. I called to see if they served gravy and they answered quickly! When we pulled up they gave us an extra gravy! We have been in Connecticut where dairy queens there do not have gravy ??Thank you Elkins DQ!!!
