Ordered delivery while on vacation and they screwed my order up. They were friendly and brought me a new one that was the right one. No hassle at all. I appreciate the customer service and the willingness to fix what was messed up.
They were very kind and courteous. My order was hot and ready as soon as I got there. It has been a long time since I had pizza hut considering it is not the cheapest place around but I think after this last visit price and all was well worth it.

Just like any other restaurant I think it really depends on who is working. They have some great employees that are friendly and make excellent food and then some that are just there for the money.
