I have been a long time customer but my experience Friday July 29, 2022 was very disappointing. I ordered sirloin tips with onions which is my usual choice. The tips dissolved in my mouth like formed meat and I surely hope you have not gone in that direction. The onions were not fried on a clean grill, thus they were coated in bits of meat and who knows what else. I realize that it was your seafood buffet night and that was your kitchen's focus, but my dinner was unexcusable. I do blame your kitchen for the majority of my bad dinner, but management must have made the meat decision. I certainly will not return because of this experience.

I do not mind to pay for a meal but raise the prices and cut the size in half. I may have got 12 tiny chunks of over cook tips. Asked for medium, got well done. and the tiny size baked potato that wasn't even baked all the way. I did pay extra for salad and the tomatoes were sour. Old and looked frozen. I cam say I will not be going back.
