Great breakfast! Been a few years since we ate at this location. Had a bad experience about 7 years ago- the restaurant was very dirty and poorly managed. Decided to give it another try and found a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Food and service were great. They definitely improved!! Will be back. Recommend stopping here for breakfast!! Need to try out their lunch selections next time.Parking: Location of restaurant is a stand alone restaurant at Middletown Commons shopping area so there is plenty of free parking.

Not great. Long wait for the food, the food was subpar, the menu pictured the steak and egg omelette with plenty of steak, as you can see from the photo there were 3 small pieces. Plus it was cold. The hash browns were overcooked and very small. The sourdough toast was the thickness of paper and burnt When I brought up the issue with the waitress she basically said that’s just the way it is. I won’t be back.

Nice clean place to eat service all three meals. It's a very good selection. Waitresses are well dressed and look neat and clean. The silverware never even had water spots on them. Eat here it's a great place.Vegetarian options: Not a salad bar kind of place but they had dishes that could be adapted to vegetarian dishes.Parking: Plenty of spaces both for regular customers and disabled.Kid-friendliness: Yes, a kid section in the menu. Had high chairs for the kids.

Ordered on line for delivery as tired after driving all day. I called the restaurant after ordering as I had never ordered on line before to ask if they included cutlery as we were staying at the hotel across the street I was assured they always do. The order was picked up for delivery (per a notification) to our hotel about 5 minute walk across the street it arrived no more than 0 minutes afterward. Our dinners were stone cold and no cutlery to be found I called the restaurant. Spoke to e manager who said he could “try” to get a refund from the S delivery company. ISaid no way was it their fault as our dinners had to have left the restaurant cold besides I told him I ordered it from the Bob Evans website not DoorDash. He said he could make us up new dinners (it’s now pas 7pm) but had no way of delivering again. I said no I wanted a refund. As I wasn’t about to go out in the dark in a strange neighbourhood now Poor service , very small portions and not really caring about our experience. I won’t be going to Bob Evans again anytime soon. Have put it on my calendar to watch for the refund Terrible service and attitude
