Ordered pizza at 6:36pm, said estimated delivery time was 7:33. I was gonna give em a pass, maybe theyre busy. 7:45 I called as the driver still hadnt picked up yet. Rang for 15 min straight no answer. Get an update estimated delivery time 8:45. I drove up and picked it up. Cold.

Placed an order online and after paying was given a wait time of 2 hours. Tried to call in and cancel the order but waited on hold for 30 minutes. Had to drive to the store just to be told that since they were understaffed that they refuse to answer the phones. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Wait time ended up being much shorter but the experience and customer service was very poor.

Unable to speak to anyone EVEN after being on hold for 45 mins! Did not find out until they ran my card that the delivery wait was 2 hrs!! This is the worst store for customer service.
