Past couple times we've been up there we've had issues they either have been out of toppings. Or this past time which was like two or three weeks ago we were going to go to Taco Bell on Whitehall but my son really wanted Subway so we drove all the way over here to get subway. Got to the store at 9:40 p.m. walked into the store noticed the floors were wet. So told my son to wipe his feet real good so we didn't track them up. Then I looked up and noticed that they were wiping the counters down and the trays were closed. I asked politely are you still serving? She said no sorry we're closed. Okay... well it's 20 minutes before you're supposed to close and if you're closed why wasn't the door locked. I understand cleaning up and getting ready to close up so it makes it quicker when time comes. I've been a manager of a Circle K before. But this was just uncalled for and completely rude. I drove past Toca Bell to Subway and ended up with no dinner. SMH!!!!

Restaurant was filthy.. the dude working was kinda rude and they forgot my chips I've been trying to call over 15 times and I've gotten the phone picked up, no voice, and hung up numerous times, they have f-u buttoned me, and they have let the phone over 43 times. There are two people working there right now, and no one in the parking lot.. there was 2 other people in the lobby as well when I went to pick up my food.

Change your door signs to open at 9 am, not 7 am. Their excuse was because of covid is why they don't open until 9 am. But doors were unlocked. Just seems they were lazy and unprofessional to do their job. Won't be back.

I ordered a steak and cheese with green peppers and olives with Mayo the sandwich is loaded with onions which I am allergic to my moms sandwich was not correct either I have tried to call them for almost 10 minutes with no answer

Great sandwich artists! The veggies were fresh! My sub was great! I had the tuna fish salad with lots of veggies. Great job to the workers. Thank you for a great lunch!

Horrible Customer Service. On April, 24th, 2022 at 8:00pm, I ordered a Supreme Meats footlong and a Italian BMT footlong. The young lady who was preparing my food had an attitude from the start and did not mention she did not have all the ingredients to fill my order. It was not until the customer behind me made his order did I discover this. I asked her if she could replace the item with a different item to which she reluctantly agreed. When she asked what type of cheese I wanted I told her provolone, she began putting white american on my sandwich and when I corrected her it was at this time she told me all they had was white american and pepper jack. I told her I never told her to put the white american on there and that I wanted pepper jack. As we continued the toppings her attitude continued as well. When she rang up my order she told the girl at the register to ring them up as Mozza Meats which were more expensive than the sandwiches I ordered, to which I corrected her and again was met with an attitude. After paying for my meals she sarcastically stated, "You have a nice day" to which I replied to her the attitude was not needed and that she was the one who was doing things I didn't ask for. When I asked for her name to make a complaint to her manager she came back with an attitude and stated "You can just get out of the store". This young lady has just lost a customer for this location and I'm sure I am not the only one.

They made me some sandwiches and they were plan No sauce I take my receipt in then could have them refund me or make the right sandwiches.. One of the employees said did you eat it I said yes I went back to work And it's not like I could leave again, Plus I was hungry and I ate it being dry draw because you forgot the sauce.. He said I'm not replacing your sandwich because you ate it ate it as I did I could have brought it back but it was too late he was closed... And I called when I got to my worksite and they would not pick up... The employee was very disrespectful... That's why normally go to Eastside...

The service at this Subway is horrible. Upon checkout I asked for two cups of water, one for myself and one for my girlfriend meaning that each one of us would get a small clear plastic cup, but I was charged for two small fountain drink cups. Neither one of us were wanting a sugary drink, but ended up getting lemonade since we were charged for the drink cups. When I asked about the charges, the cashiers response was that he had to charge since he gave us those particular cups. The other worker, a young seemingly high schooler, was more focused on her boyfriend that was sitting at a corner table that she put the wrong sause on my girlfriend's sandwich.
