This was our first visit to this Subway location and it turned out to also be our last. My granddaughter ordered a monster but the server Annalisa said she didn’t have enough meat for a foot long. I asked for a Mexicali and she had it started before telling me she didn’t have mozzarella cheese. I settled for pepper jack. Than when it came out of the toaster she said she didn’t have avocado thawed. We were disappointed but willing to accept alternatives because we were hungry. I had a coupon for each sub. She said she could only accept one per order. I read the fine print on the coupons and they did not say anything about one per order. We could have asked her to ring up each of our orders separately but at this point I had enough of her unfriendly manner and I left without the food.

Today I went to the bellview subway and the place looked clean but when I went up to the food. The lettuce was brown and the other veggies looked old. I took my food home and couldn’t even eat most of my sub because it tasted funky. Never again.

Sandwich was delicious!! Need more help down at the store. I commend him for doing a job of 3 people. He was nice and more in tune with customers.

If I could rate no stars I most definitely would! This is the worst subway I've ever been to. Everytime you go in they are either out of something or too lazy to walk to the freezer and get it out. Its disgusting, and very poor service!!!

I love the Bellveiw location, it is clean, employees are friendly, they're rarely out of the items I choose & I'm usually in & out in no time. With that said I used the app for the first time today (4-8-21) to ordered 2 footlong Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub's, for pick up, Both was... Toasted, Italian Herb & Cheese bread, Chicken, Bacon, Ranch, Cheese, lettuce & pickles but there WASN'T ANY BACON on either sub (Who forgets the bacon when it's a chicken BACON ranch sub). Didn't find out til already home so if ur ordering online (for pick up) make sure you check that everything is right before you leave.

Only one employee working reflects on the quality of service . 37 minutes for her to make 5 footlongs in out those 5. 3 of them were the exact same thing . There was costumers walking out the door . This happened at the Bellview WV location

If we have to wear masks in the store the least the employees can do is wear their masks properly they wear them below their noses. Also could you show them how to use the app so when a customer asks they can help

Management at belview subway is definitely not professional...staff are young high school students that are over worked and over stressed..working while still a student should be somewhat enjoyable not stressful bc you have a bad manager..

Walking into the store everything is very clean and everything is very nice. Walking up to the worker I noticed she has headphones in and she’s talking on the phone. I ask her how is she doing she responds with what can I get you I then ask again how are you doing and she said good I guess where can I get you. Throughout the rest of interaction of making my sub it was quite awkward. And I also noticed she didn’t have a name tag so that’s a shame.
