Would have gave a zero if it was possible. All because Kristin sucks at her job. Probably in life also but dont be miserable and take it out on other people. Not cool. Terrible customer service. Also made a complaint with corporate and will make posts on social media. And this is all a first for me because I have done customer service for over 30 yrs and DO NOT put bad reviews. Biggest and longest ordeal ever just to try and buy a gift card lol At the time i was mad having to waste my time. Now this chick is just laughable

We went through the drive thru. They were fast and friendly.
ordered grilled cheese french fries because i’ve gotten and loved the grilled cheese burrito (would recommend by the way) and received a box with cheese and beef with about 7 maybe 8 fries what’s the point if there’s less than there is in a small thing of fries(including two under the cheese)
Had to listen to 10 workers with foul mouths talk about a tampon. Kinda dirty, but cleaner than last visit. Pop machine had several options out of order. But food was good.
The staff was literally so so friendly. Each time they passed a customer they asked “how are you guys doing!?”. And when they were leaving with their food they said “Enjoy your meals and have an amazing night!” There was even a rude customer complaining and the staff member approached the situation with an amazing attitude <3
