Well last Saturday I had the worst experience of customer service and it was the manager! Who should be ashamed of herself. I have yet to hear from her boss. Somehow I doubt her got the message that I left to call me. Do yourself a favor, don’t patronize this location because of the manager. She’s rude and I have a feeling she treats her employee’s badly. I’ve been in some form of customer service since I was 18 and I’ll be 60 in a few months and this was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Person waiting on us had no idea what he was doing. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and he told me he didn't have any bananas. I finally got my ice cream but it was not what wanted.

Hilarious! They refuse to do a pup in a cup... So be it. But, they actually refused to SELL me a drink with whip, hold the drink lol. What's up with all the dog haters out there? Weird.

Appeared to be absolute minimum staff, working slowly & not communicating adequately.Layout is very different from most others which caused some confusion for this 70+ disabled veteran.Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic. It would be nice if there was a selection of GOOD low or no-sugar-added foods.

Great doughnuts! My granddaughters love them so I bring them when I visit for a special treat! Chocolate and strawberry frosting with sprinkles are the favorite! Great location and reasonably priced!

Ordered thru drive thru. Hot Caramel Macchiato with sweet foam. Told they could not do the foam on a hot drink. Only whipped cream. 50 upcharge.The young man at the window was great.Coffee was bitter. Not caramel macchiato Just. Coffee. Whipped cream. In a cup that ended up leaking from the bottom all in my drink holder.$5 in the trash. Nope. Not going back.

The cashier CJ was so very nice. I had left my credit card at home and only had $10.00 in cash my total was $15. She gave me $5 out of her own pocket so that I didn’t have to put my food back. Me and my 3 kids were very thankful!
Always crowed always slow can be fully staffed and they still will mess up your order, move slow! Service is the worst at this
