My last time coming here!! Ordered 3- slices to go, cook put pizza in the oven, put it in the box on the counter, the cashier was so worried about feeding her face, she ignored the box sitting on the counter top for at least 15- minutes, as she eating, when she finally opened the box and saw the pizza , I was looking right at me, her eyes got big she knew I was pissed, like I said I've had 3- bad experiences here and I'll never come back

You will not find better customer service in the entire state of WV than you find right here. Sal knows his customers by name and treats each of us like family coming to visit in his home. He listens to his customers & makes adaptations based on feedback. Actually, I'm not sure you could find a better customer experience in many other places in the remaining 49 states.Dietary restrictions: Very tasty gluten-free options are available and the staff are beyond accommodating.Parking: You will absolutely not have any trouble finding parking space here and that's not because there aren't plenty of customers. Someone was just intelligent in their parking design.Kid-friendliness: The staff are intuitive and think outside of the box to make even the littlest of customers enjoy their experience.Wheelchair accessibility: They are adaptable and know how to treat human beings of all abilities with respect and kindness. They have apparent, strong values.
Okay, this is a really sad review to have to post, but... King's FW location has really gone downhill in pizza quality, while going up a lot in price, since COVID/2020. The Hedgesville location was always notorious for putting too much cheese on their 'zas, but FW was much better, for all the years I lived here. But tonight, with a Meat Lover's, it was so greasy that the cardboard container was soaked through, when I received it. The center of the crust was so soaked that it was "wet." I tried to eat one slice, and had to bail. I'll scrape off the toppings and make my own later this week. Never again. This isn't "food," folks.

I love their Stromboli!Phoned in, and was told 10 mins.I called from the parking lot.Waited another 10 mins inside and that's ok. The food is always delicious and the girl who answered might be a new hire on the team. 15 to 20 minutes is a more realistic time frame.To be clear, I wasn't mad or rude. I was hungry, Boo Boo!Highly recommended!I have also ordered the same from the competition along Grade Rd close to River Bend Membership Campground. ? Not even close!King's also offers delivery.Save more with cash!3% card processing fee is passed along. I hope this helps your decision.*One dining booth, which is probably not used often, was stacked high with pizza boxes. This did not affect my order. It was an eyesore noticed while waiting and negatively impacted the atmosphere. Again, I can't expect a fine dining experience when I select carry-out. ? I will continue to patronize this "almost perfect" establishment. ?Parking: So many close spots, there is never a far walk. A nice flat and level lot makes it a very easy and comfortable walk. It's maybe 30 feet from 1st spot.Wheelchair accessibility: The easiest and cleanest lot around.The other stores also take care of their storefronts. The laundromat is even shiny. ✨️ ? The ramp is easy for anyone with crutches or a self-propelled wheelchair. I have never seen any trash lying around, much less any tripping hazards or obstacles.A great job done by all.

My order was not appetizing: I ordered fried onions rings and a Veggie sub. The onion rings were old, greasy and burnt. The veggie sub made me sick to my stomach. The food was delivered the delivery bag was open not sealed on stapled together. The containers were loosely closed. This Kings New York, is not the one for me. This is the only Kings I have had a bad experience.
I'm a little disappointed to see how the prices are so expensive from last time I been here. Wings used to be roughly 13$ for 12 wings.. now its 24$ for 12 wings? Seems ridiculously high priced.
