Seemed like a well ran Restaurant that has a welcoming atmosphere As well as Friendly, Service a nice place to end a long Week, Ill be returning soon TY Applebee's.

Ate here a few times recently the food wasn't nearly as good as I remember it being in the past but the wait staff and bartenders did a great job serving us.
Start getting fresh cut beef.....!! I believe the steaks are frozen or something. Definitely went down hill over the years. Applebee's as a hole not singling out any particular location.

Girl with pink hair and pig tails needs to pay attention to what is being said, she was nice. And friendly. But it took us a bit longer than usual for her to get the right order. Other than that she was fine.

I just wanted to complement this restaurant and all of its workers for the work they do. I personally frequent Applebees 3 or more times a week and I receive unbeatable service, drink and food specials. It’s hard to find good workers or anyone who wants to work at all and a lot of the time restaurants fall super short handed with staff but even when this Applebees is experiencing this hardship they make it happen! As a customer i and patient with wait staff and in return they take very good care of my family and myself! 10/10
The service yesterday was awful. We probably waited 15-20 minutes just for our server to take the drink order. (Party of three) We went ahead and placed our order as well. She apologized however, they were not busy! I ordered an alcoholic beverage and watched it sit for 10 minutes before being brought to me. Food took at least 30 minutes to arrive. Food was warm, I also waited forever for my change.I was there in February and forgot to write an review about that situation as well. Food was terrible, the lady that was going to make my drink at the bar was on the phone and had her hand all in my glass that she was getting ready to use. I told her nvm and she had an attitude about it! That was very unsanitary. I learned my lesson with this location and will not return.

I got 3 well done steaks that was disgustingly dry and burnt, the garlic mashed potatoes weren't garlic and was super dry and old, and the macaroni was old and dry. It took over 2 hours to get our food but the service was pretty good considering I came in a big group. I might try another Applebee's but I definitely won't be coming back to the one here in Huntington ?

Bartender Alex provided a great atmosphere at her bar. She had great conversation and was able to maintain her tasks. Our food and drinks were served in less than 20 minutes. It was outstanding service.
We coke here often and enjoy the entire experience. We particularly LOVE our bartender Alex. She is professional, fast, fun, and makes us feel right at home. Definitely our favorite bartender hands down!

The food was good. My husband tried asking 2 different servers if he could have some more BBQ sauce. The man who seated us looked at my husband and walked right on by acting like he didn't hear him. Thanks for that

No reason to rant online sum it up in a few words of really poor service customers suffer because employees don't show up to work and then customers are expected to be okay with cold food 2-hour wait times orders not being made at all etc while they still pray the extremely high prices It's just ridiculous anymore I will eat at home and we'll make it better
