Why are the workers here SO RUDE? They mumble when they ask you everything and when you ask them to repeat what they said, they still don’t speak up until the 1000th time and then they just scream at you and treat you like an idiot. Also, every single time I mobile order it’s wrong, they always put beans on my burrito when I select no beans.

This place is getting ridiculous their prices keep going up they keep changing items and only offering things for online orders and not for dine in like couple weeks ago they were only offering chips if you order online even if you were dining in tonight they ran out of sour cream I asked worker are you out or only using what you have for online orders he said sir we are out and don’t know when we will have more other worker said they will have more on truck tomorrow again couple weeks ago they were out of cheese what is going on this is a problem good luck to anyone who comes to eat

Literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. This isn’t just a bad day, it’s a consistent issue. Always out of ingredients and today they told me their press was broken so they couldn’t do soft tacos, burritos, and crunchy tacos (which doesn’t even make any sense because crunchy tacos don’t require a press). They also have two presses and I really doubt both were broken, the person just didn’t want to walk across the food prep area. My mom was with me ordered a salad and they got like 5 pieces of spinach in her bowl. I also only got rice, steak, and cheese on my bowl. I asked for a lot of cheese and they charged me for extra (they never have since I only get 3 ingredients). They also were super stingy with meat. For 3 people it was $38 to eat and the food wasn’t even good. I also got chips and the bag was 1/4 of the way full and most of them were crunched up in the bag.

I often eat at Chipotle - the food is fast, tasty, feels fresh, and is healthier than other fast food options. Chipotle is often my go to spot - this specific Chipotle however does not meet my expectations. The food was not as flavorful as other Chipotle locations and my Barbacoa (one of my favorite protein options from Chipotle) was very rubbery. I was not able to eat most of it due to this factor.

The service is usually always pretty good but especially today it was awesome and quick. The chips were salted great today, usually all the chips aren’t covered but almost all of them had a nice (but not overbearing) amount on them. Maybe it’s me being pregnant talking but everything was better than usual today! Also kudos to whoever made the guacamole today it was amazing 10/10
