Cicada books is exactly how it appears in the photos. Exceptionally cute and a great place to hang and read, buy some used books and drink a (fairly priced ! Might I add) delicious cup of coffee or tea. We stopped in on our way out of town just to drag our feet a little on leaving Wild and Wonderful WV, and ended up really loving it. Great coffee, great bagels, and great books!Edit: since google asked. Cicada is still grear and amazing and is a huge part of the community. They do great and amazing things like game nights and book clubs. Seriously if you can you should check them out and sub to their newsletter.They are also around some other awesome shops! You can make a whole day of it! Then go to the wild ramp and pick up local food for dinner!

I would give it at least another star lower but the barista was too friendly not to give it a 4! I like coffee and books but this place, the books in particular, was a little too liberal you might say for my taste. Still though, I wouldn't be opposed to return. Good selection of seating. Free parking. And did I mention friendly staff. The coffee pour over was a little too burnt and bitter like Starbucks, but my friend enjoyed his iced herbal tea.
